I use this bot for a roleplay server for a console video game. We don't have mods like PC users, and this bot allows us to run commands, keep track of money, send messages, perform transactions, keep track of inventory, and expand the game and our server beyond the capabilities to console. I am 100% satisfied with the bot and couldn't do what we're doing without it. Support is always quick and helpful. User friendly and intuitive.
