NEGATIVE 10 STARS

I'd give NEGATIVE 10 stars if I could. Despite paying expedited shipping, the cards arrived late, they were printed wrong, the booklet ordered came with gross marks all over it - SUBPAR QUALITY, ZERO customer service. You're better off hiring a 2-year-old to color them and cut them out for you.

Would Not Recommend

Horrible experience. Placed order on 1/31 showing that the item should be to me between 2/11 - 2/14. Which was fine with me. Until 2/12 and I had received nothing regarding shipping and decided to email them to find out what was going on. All of a sudden, for the first time I hear from MPC the day after the last scheduled delivery date that the file isn't correct.

I correct and upload new files...then continue to hear that the file isn't correct. I keep sending them screen prints showing that I am seeing that the file is now uploaded as shown on their website but cannot get a response to close out the issue. Where this could be resolved in a day...it is now taking days. Now not hearing anything from them. My last email was do I need to ask for a refund and leave a review on Trustpilot. Their lack of response - seems to be the response.

I have also asked them where their business is located because it is not identified on their website...and then cannot seem to answer that question.

Beware!!

Beware!!! This company is the worst. They do not communicate with you, unless you bother them incessantly. Their shipping times are astronomically long even though you pay up the wazoo for it. And I mean you will be paying A LOT for very little. The quality is good but NOT WORTH IT AT ALL. This company is truly the worst. They do not care about you, just about getting your money and if you get screwed over, they do not care to fix it or even respond to you. Genuinely, don't waste your money on this company.

Great for mtg tokens and more

I’ve had a couple custom art tokens for mtg printed a couple times and have been satisfied with each printing.

I do wish there was another way to tell the quality of the paper used and the surfaces for somebody who doesn’t know much about printing.

The other day I uploaded an order of 22 custom cards and a custom card back for “Deck of Many Things” in the tarot size cards. I’m excited to see how these ones turn out. I also ordered a tin case with them too.

MakingPlayingCards.com Costumer Service

I ordered my Custom Playing Cards and they came out just perfect. They got some good costumer service there. I even got an email from one of the workers there and they asked me how they wanted me to fix to make look like how I wanted it to be. The people doing the cards really care about their customer a lot. They want everything to be perfect for the costumer. You should give these people a raise they really deserve it.

Don’t let the eco-friendly bit fool…

Don’t let the eco-friendly bit fool you. After speaking with customer service, I was assured NO shrink wrap would be used in production. I was told to place the order, email immediately explaining what was discussed, and include my previous ticket number, all of which I did.

A new representative told me this was not possible and I asked for my order to be cancelled immediately. After much back and forth, the company ignored my requests, deciding to continue with production. They did not respond to me via email for five days after I asked production to be canceled. They have now gone as far as to suggest I simply cut the shrink wrap and take it off myself before selling to customers.

I have yet to receive the cards, am continuously addressed via email by the wrong name, and am now being told that I should cut all cards in half when they arrive, send photos, and receive a refund. Misleading customers, suggesting that I do the same to my customers, and expecting customers to pay for the wrong product is unacceptable.

If you are looking for a company for their eco-friendly practices, this is NOT the company for you.

Excellent custom game playing cards

I just got my custom playing cards from MPC and they look great! It took me some time to prepare the files with the correct resolution and bleed area and then upload them to the site, but the instructions are clear and the result is spectacular. I was afraid of defects and misalignments and instead they are perfect. They are so defined, vivid and cut precisely that I am touched.

Today

Today, I had a horrible experience with MPC (MakePlayingCards.Com). I had a bit of difficulties with the box template. They said they will help me out with it until they found out they couldn't help me out. But, said I should do it myself. I dislike this type of customer service. Because, I am a customer. And, I find it extremely rude for them saying that to me. I was never given any tutorials on how to work with the box template. It would be helpful if they provided such measures. I would never do business with this company again. I suggest everyone else avoid this company too. I've worked hard on designing every card that for my tarot deck. It was something to to be proud of. But, this ended up in disappointment.

Friendly staff helped correct a mistake

Very happy to work with them. I made a mistake with the address and it was delivered to the wrong place, but their staff was friendly and helped me track and deliver my deck to the correct address. And the cards are lovely, exactly as I expected when delivered (twice!). Thank you MPC.

DO NOT BUY

DO NOT BUY. My item says it “shipped” over a week ago and USPS has yet to receive the item. I contacted Make Playing Cards and they said there are delays from China. Just save your money and buy directly from China, this place sucks.

My customized cards came out perfect

My customized cards came out perfect! The price is reasonable and the shipping is very fast, even during the pandemic. My only problem was customizing the tuck box. I was able to upload my image for the front of the tuck box, but had absolutely no success with uploading images for the sides or back of the box. I sent an inquiry, but the response just covered the same basic steps on the website, which did not work. That part was very frustrating. I tried for three weeks to figure this out to no avail.

The most horrible experience with an…

The most horrible experience with an order EVER. Run away! This service must fall apart of something, I can't call that a business or a service though. For 5 months i had almost zero news for my order and no one replied my emails. Vanished. They would respond occasionally with excuses that they don't have this or that or i need to make a correction to the file but they never read the emails. I made a customized "copy rights" game and it ended up in China. They asked to remove made in the USA as they made you believe they are US service. After 5months they tell me they "lost the parcel and that it cannot be send to Europe bc of the pandemic" so they will refund. This happened from October 2020 to 26th Jan 2021. Post works very well from China!! Since june no problem! they are making up excuses because their service is dying, their site is always down and customers never receive their order. Never again.

MAKEPLAYINGCARDS.com is TERRIBLE!!!!

MAKEPLAYINGCARDS.com is TERRIBLE!!!!! I spent over $2000 on decks that showed up faulty. All the cards were stuck together and the gold glit edges had glitter powder EVERYWHERE!!! Very low quality. Company refused to reprint the decks and only offered a partial refund of $590!!!!! Notice they don’t have reviews anywhere only “testimonials” that you have to submit to them and they approve! They do not stand behind their products or honor their supposed “quality guarantee”. And the cherry on top is I have no where to leave a review or my experience with them because they don’t have real reviews!

Find somewhere else to get you cards printed!!!
