Wonderful guidance from Xavier of…

Wonderful guidance from Xavier of Makermade through setting up my M2 machine. I appreciate the clear communication and the patience he had along the process. I 'm excited to master my M2 machine to make wonderful projects for my crafting business.

Excellent Customer Service and Support

I Bought an unused Makermade M2 of Facebook Marketplace. When it came in it was missing some parts. Customer service helped me find the needed parts. Then when I got it put together I was having trouble with the z axis. Even though I didn't purchase directly from them, they scheduled a zoom call, and spent 30 minutes fixing my problem. I am impressed with the machine, but even more impressed with the company.

Strong After 2 Years

Strong After 2 Years
I’ve had my MakerMade machine for two years now, and it’s still performing like new. The quality and durability are excellent — it’s held up really well with regular use.

The machine continues to work smoothly and consistently, and I’m still impressed with the overall design and build.

Their customer support is also great — responsive and helpful whenever I had a question.

If you’re looking for a reliable, long-lasting machine, I highly recommend MakerMade. I will definitely purchase from them again.

You Wont be sorry

I will admit, When I first seen this machine I was so excited to get it, Once we got the funds together and was able to order one I will not lie it was a very intense Set up and Calibration. A very positive note ! the company is EXTREMLY helpful when it comes to the calibration of the machine, to the point they will do a VIDEO call LIVE with you to help walk you thru the calibration ! Tell me ANY other company that does a LIVE video to assist with set-up and Cali. :) Once I got past this part I have been able to make some Very nice thing's :) My wife and I started our own little company and thanks to the Folks of the Makermade we was able to expand the custom thing's we are able to do for our clients :) I also used this machine to make our own business sign :)

CNC 500 is a bad choice for me!

I purchased the CNC 500 along with the Mille 775 spindle because it looked well-built and could fill in with small to medium projects so my larger machines could be free for larger ones. Although the machine itself is built ok, the electronics are less than satisfactory. After putting it together and running a couple simple tests, the screen display went blank with no way to set up the machine. After submitting a ticket, they had me take apart the box to see if anything came unplugged. Alimentally The shipped me a new machine and I returned the first one. I assemble the second machine and put the Mille 775 on. within 5 minutes, the spindle started grinding and making a terrible noise. I grabbed my phone just in time to video it as it completely stopped. I submit another support ticket. They want me to take it apart to see if it got hot and soldering melted the resister ..???? Then proceeds to tell me I need an inverter to 220v so it runs cooler! Nowhere in the instructions does it say this. They do not list it in the description on the website, nor do they offer one! Very disappointed in the products I received and the excuses. The spindles are on back order, so this machine did not help me with orders and getting caught up. In fact, it slowed me down with breakdowns and waiting for replies and parts. It's costing me money in downtime!!

Old dog trying to learn a new trick

As an old dog trying to learn a new trick, got to say how much I appreciated the customer service provided by Xavier. Top Notch. He was extremely helpful with finalizing my setup. The fact that I don't know a G-Code from a Code Blue didn't bother or annoy him in trying to provide me help. Most important he didn't ask the most annoying question every help desk person is trained to start with... Did you happen to restart your device? Thank you!!
He was patient, professional and most of all before he ended our time he did two things most tech support companies lack from the people on their helplines. First he said by the way would you like me to provide you .... and before he ended he thanked me and said anytime you need additional assistance just reach us out on the info link.
I was a bit concerned after reading reviews that I might not get any response other than the automated one, but that wasn't the case. The only delay was on my side.

I purchased a CNC500

I purchased a CNC500. It had so many issues out of the box.
. Control board not grounded
. Estop broken
. Spindle control did not work from screen
They did replace the board at my shipping expense.

The unit did not come with a spindle. When I purchased one the soft start didn't work from the start. They did replace it but the second one was also broken.

I tried to return it. But even though my first contact was within 30 days. I was past their allowable return duration.

During assembly I had to make modification to the structure because the bolts didn't align under the carriage.

When I finally got it operational and made my first cut the edge quality was all jagged even though I was cutting a straight line.

Makermade return address is just a house not a company.

I would not recommend this unit to anyone. It was a waste of money and I don't even feel right trying to sell it.
