Excellent SAV en ce qui me concerne. Expédition promise le lendemain de l'achat. J'ai relancé au bout de dix jours, car aucune nouvelle. Réaction très rapide : le produit que j'avais commandé n'est plus en stock (je n'aurais pas dû pouvoir le commander, mais bon ...) et ils ont fait un geste commercial significatif. Finalement, des petits problèmes, mais un SAV très réactif. Je reviendrai mettre 5 étoiles si la prochaine commande se passe normalement.
A chaque commande il y a un nouveau problème, aucun respect du client.
