I don’t understand how someone completely new to Italian would cope with the begging units. Some exercises very easy but the oral ones difficult.
Italian pronunciation is poor and in some cases wrong. ie Italian do not pronounce the letter ‘h’ but it is pronounced on this site.
I’ve also found grammar mistakes.
Have asked for a refund having stopped using after a week but have heard nothing back.

Deceptive billing practices, absolute scammer, worst app I used before
They employ "Dark Patterns" designed to trap users into unwanted charges.
1. They failed to provide the mandatory pre-renewal notifications before charging my account. I have been charged for 1.5 years without sending me ANY NOTIFICATIONS!!! And refund was not successful, even for the last charging.
2. When I attempted to cancel before the billing date, they used automated "discount offers" to delay the process and ignore my cancellation request.
Potential customers: Avoid this service at all costs. They make it easy to sign up but nearly impossible to leave without being charged!!!

Don't waste your time and money
I subscribed for three months of Italian. The app is littered with glitches and terribly poor AI interface. The program is a total waste of money. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. The app is not transparent regarding how to unsubscribe from the program. I was charged for an additional 3 months with no intention of using it and was not able to obtain a refund.

Very disappointed in their customer…
Very disappointed in their customer support. I have tried five times to ask for help as the app wasn’t working on several occasions and had no reply from their support system. They need to respond to users comments and when the service isn’t working they should be ready to listen in order to improve the service. I have now asked to cancel my subscription and obviously again no reply to several requests. They will just take my money again and cynically operate like a greedy business offering a flawed service. If they do eventually respond and cancel my subscription as I requested then I will add another review- I doubt they will…
Un update: after this email they still refuse to take my response seriously and are trying to suggest my review is bogus - it isn’t but I am getting more and more frustrated as instead of answering my last email three days ago they want to get this review deleted as they can’t get me to sign up again with a 70% discount. I have many complaints about the learning program but my prime problem is they will not allow you to cancel and continue to take your subscription fees with a cynical business practice. If they do cancel after all this I will edit this review
