Sent me a fake, leaked product — then blocked me. Avoid!
Makeup 4U sent me a leaked and possibly fake Sol de Janeiro body mist. The scent was completely off, and I already use this product so I could immediately tell it wasn’t right — either expired, poorly stored, or not genuine.
I contacted them immediately, and first they offered a replacement. When I requested a refund, they asked for my bank details, which clearly implied they were going to issue one. After that, they ghosted me completely.
I kept following up through WhatsApp, Instagram, and email. Eventually, they claimed they “never agreed” to a refund and only give store credit — something they never clearly stated earlier. To end the matter, I used the credit and placed a new order.
They cancelled my new order without informing me — and then blocked me on WhatsApp and Instagram.
They mishandled my complaint, ignored me, and silenced me instead of fixing their mistake. This isn’t just bad service — it’s shady and deceptive.
I’m sharing this so no one else goes through the same. I have all the proof — screenshots, emails, and videos of the leaked product.
Avoid this business at all costs.
