Michelle was my trainer for my intensive training at the clinic. She was very thorough and informative. She was easy to understand offering lots of support and clarity where I needed. She was also extremely patient with me which helped me relax. I shall be making another visit in the near future.

I travelled up from Torquay to Manchester to have 1:1 training with Michelle and can honestly say that Michelle is hands down the best person I’ve ever trained with.

I booked myself in for the 10 in 1 courses. I was instantly given access to all the literature for the courses and once I read through them I booked in with the team. I had some queries which were answered instantly through Instagram and email. When I went for my face to face training I met Michelle the trainer. She is one of the best trainers I have met and uses very good analogies to explain information which helps to remember. Everyone in the team was really nice. And I can’t wait to book on a new course in the near future. Thank you once again for your hospitality!!

As a disabled person I am very reluctant to trust a training company as my success relies largely on their understanding of me having to adapt here and there, but I can absolutely say that I fully trust Michelle and Makeup Bayy The academy. Their compassion, professionalism and just real human nature, put me right and ease and helped me get through the challenge. This has been life changing for me and I can’t give enough thanks.
