Do not buy from makeupstore. It's a SCAM. I had a horrific experience ordering a couple of products. The shampoo came leaking destroying the box and messing up the other product. I sent MANY pictures to the company the same day and had to follow up with phone calls every day and they kept asking for more pictures and videos of the leaking product multiple times. They were giving me the runaround without any resolution regardless of me trying to resolve the issue because of Christmas holidays and ordering those products for gifting. No customer care and no consideration. And they keep lying.

I ordered some Kevin Murphy hair color from Makeup because I couldn’t find any currently in the US without a stylist’s license. I knew that it was coming from Poland, and would take two weeks to deliver. I ordered November 23, and the site said it would arrive by December 2. It still hadn’t arrived by December 5, so I checked tracking and the shipping service had no record of the order. Naturally I was worried, so I emailed them. I also gave them a call the next morning and promptly got through to an agent. The customer service agent was able to locate the package’s whereabouts and assured me it had arrived in the US and was on its way to me. The agent was friendly and efficient. I also received a prompt and courteous email response indicating the same thing. The item arrived two days later, exactly two weeks after my order. I am very happy with my purchase, and would order from this company again!

I ordered a watch and perfume on this site on November 11. They promised delivery in 4-6 business days. Almost a month has passed and I still haven't received any parcel. The tracking status on the site says delivered. I write to support - they have already written to me twice to check there and there. I wonder if I will ever get the parcel or if they will keep asking me if I have found the parcel?! I am terribly upset and I do not recommend anyone to use this site.

I read the reviews. I called them ahead of time and spoke with them regarding VAT. I knew that the tracking numbers likely wouldn't work, and they did not. That appears extremely fishy. However, all 60 bottles of Listerine did arrive in 8 packages. The transit time wasn't bad for international shipping.
Makeupstore.com, the best thing you could do to keep people from hastily writing a review that you guys are a scam is to fix it so your tracking numbers actually work. None from Poland nor Norway worked until I received an SMS that they were ready to be picked up.

I am not complaining about delays with the tracking codes. As other people have written here, the codes do not work whatsoever. Neither the tracking codes from the country of origin, nor the codes from the destination carrier service worked for me. That makes it seem very fishy/scary. This is what I suggest your team look into.

damaged packaging and missing goods I ordered a package, they sent me an incomplete product in torn packaging. I wrote to the administration many times, they asked me to send them a picture. They led me by the nose for a long time, but I got neither the goods nor the money back. They said they looked at the cameras in the warehouse and their items were fine. So it's not their fault that I received a torn product. NOK 550 wasted. It's a shame I couldn't find reviews sooner! The funny thing is that I lost NOK 550 and they offered to refund me NOK 62. : "As we appreciate you as our customer, we would like to offer you a NOK 62 discount on the next order, which does not have any time or cost limits and might smooth the situation"

• On August 21, I ordered a product via the Makeupstore.com. I paid online using a debit card. I wasn't suspecting things would go awry because I had previously bought one item from them successfully. On September 13, I reached out to their Customer Service to check on the status of my package because the first item arrived within a week. The company representative assured me that the parcel had been transferred to the USPS for delivery and provided a tracking number. However, the parcel has been marked as "Moving through network" ever since. I contacted the rep via email 2 days ago, wanting to get a refund or some assistance with checking for the delivery since I paid for it in full, and I contacted her again on October 22nd. Not getting any reply from her, I contacted their Customer Service through a form they have on their website and asked for a refund but didn't get any reply.
Updated after the reply: I will keep posting the progress here. So far, noone has contacted me via email with any updates.
November 7. I did receive an email from them that is very similar to what they replied here. And it was soon after this review was posted. Since then, radiosilence. I will keep updating the review.
Updated review: last Thursday I finally received the parcel from the MakeupStore. Although the ending is good, the whole affair has left me with an unpleasant aftertaste (it's been 3 months), and I do not think I will order from this website again.

If you are going to order anything from this site, I strongly advise against it! My review was below. Everyone can see the company's response. So, 3 weeks later they wrote to me that I can return their expired shampoo at my own expense, and in return they will give me a credit for this amount so that I can order something else. So I paid for the shampoo and still have to pay for return shipping about 20-25 dollars, and they will decide whether to refund me. I decided that I lost 20 dollars, I really do not want to give another 20+ dollars to scammers. Disgusting service, disgusting customer service. I will continue to contact consumer protection societies and anti-scam organizations. It is amazing that a company thinks that you can investigate something for 3 weeks, and then write information that is written on the company's website, as if nothing happened. What did you investigate for 3 weeks? And why can't you provide me with the production date of these shampoos? Is this a state secret? Judging by the fact that the website of the company that produces shampoos has not been updated for a long time, this product has not been produced since 2021. Judging by what I was able to decipher, the release date of this shampoo is 2018. and the second shampoo is 2021. Draw your own conclusions about what they can send you.

this Company is real, not a scammer. Shipment took a bit longer, but that is expected considering it's coming from Europe/Poland and can not be influenced by seller. The communication by email was very good. Seller responded quickly to any questions I had.
It took about 2 weeks (10 business days) for my order to arrive. Everything was exactly what I ordered. Good quality and in new condition. I did not order perfumes or cosmetics so I can't speak to the quality of that

They told me it’s gonna come in one week and it took literally like from 2 to 3 weeks so my sister wanted it in but she went back to Dubai so I had to return this and then when I had to return this, they told me that they not gonna pay for the shipping label or anything so I had to pay $20 just to return which they sent me late and I had no use of that product They literally need to work on their Return service. And also inform when the actual parcels gonna come.. But the customer service were good. They were good with reaching out to me and replying to me and letting me know what to do. That’s why I gave two stars.

These guy's are terrible. I do not normally write negative reviews i give the company a chance to fix it. But these guy's are terrible. They shipped me cologne that where all damaged with the packaging and also sent me a whole empty bottle. I reached out to get a replacement or refund but made me go through 5 emails back and forth showing them it's empty from a video and photos and they tell me it's half full. Even if it's half full I paid for a full bottle. It was empty. They asked me to return everything un opened but dummy did not understand I told them ALL the packaging was damaged and open prior to me opening it the top where all open except 1.
They said it takes 4 to 9 day's to receive package but took over 3 weeks. There customer service is better but the one that handle complaints is terrible.... now they said they can offer me $5 store credit when I spent $80+.
