My product arrived on time as expected after reading reviews. 7 business days to be exact! Nice job coming from Europe. A fantastic standard low shipping fee and free at 50 dollars in spending. I think I'll use this site more for items that are unique and harder to find. Amazon isn't always reliable or as carefully curated as the products on Makeup. The main reason for giving the company a try was the option to pay using PayPal, which is a proven secured payment method. Two thumbs up.

I discovered this company while living in Europe. I moved to the US and kept shopping with them because all my past purchases went through smoothly. I never thought things would take such a wrong turn. Since I arrived in the US, I've purchased seven times, from which the first four orders were perfect. My fifth order (#1681750235-0057) couldn't be delivered due to the wrong address. Makeup gave the carrier a partial address (street without house number). I had to track the package, call the postal office and submit a correction. I thought this would be a one-time thing, but it wasn't. Unfortunately, from this point forward, things got much worse. My next order (#1683515303-0597) suffered the same fate as the previous one, an incomplete address and worse: Makeup tried to cheap out on the shipping costs and falsely declared the weight (half the total). This ended in my package being held at a New Jersey facility, where again, I had to track it down, call USPS, and wait three business days for an answer, only to receive an email informing me that it was sent back to Poland due to insufficient postage! I called their New York office during those three business days, but the line was always busy. I left a call-back request, which they fulfilled on Monday. Unfortunately, I couldn't take the call, and when I tried to get in touch, it was too late; they only work until 1:30 p.m. They sent an email to which I responded, but there hasn't been any follow-up. I still have another order pending with them (#1684432494-0317), but at this peace, I seriously doubt that it will arrive without complications or arrive at all. The shop does not have an e-Trusted Shop certificate of any kind; hence, any issues you encounter as a shopper become more complicated to deal with due to the lack of customer centricity and protection. For instance, in my case, Makeup made the decision for me, contradicting their own terms and conditions (point 2 from section §6 Delivery: “The Seller is obliged to deliver the Products, which are the subject of the Sale and Purchase Agreement, without any defects.). They decided not to pursue a second delivery attempt due to "technical reasons", what literally makes no sense. They're forcing me to take a refund instead of having the goods re-shipped. Also, USPS notified me that the postage deception will result in packages from this seller being put under the microscope from now on. So, it's highly likely never to receive the goods ordered for future purchases.

I happened to order from here a couple of times and I was satisfied fully with their goods. Quite fast delivery, a wide range of products. Great store so far, gonna check them more

This company is awesome. Great prices on hard to get items from other countries. Their customer service is stellar. I've used them twice and I will continue to shop with them!

My first attempt failed because in my view that form for US addresses in a strange format (I would say europenean), what caused a problem with US postal service. It was easy to reach their customer support, resolve an issue and receive a refund. Communication part was good. The second attempt was successful, goods came in pretty fast (like in 10 days) from Poland to US door to door. Items are in a good condition, well prices and shipping cheap for overseas shipment.
I am very happy with their products, prices and service. Will order from them again. Highly recommend. A+++++

I ordered shaving products from Makeupstore. Products were received in a timely fashion (from overseas), fairly priced, and in excellent condition.
Any issues were taken care of promptly and fairly.

I am a first time customer so I was a little hesitant about ordering health and beauty products from overseas. Not to worry- my order arrived in a pristine condition and exactly in the time frame promised. Makeupstore's customer service was extremely professional and helpful. I will not only be ordering from Makeupstore again- I will share this with all of my friends!

I ordered several products on Jan 20th and received my package on Feb 2nd. Considering that it came all the way from Poland, the waiting time was reasonable. The packaging was really good and although the products were mostly liquid, I did not have any issues. I am glad that I could buy original stuff cheaper than the usual prices. I will keep buying from them.
