Thank you for a quick hassle free service and a really great product. I’m so happy with my new distiller.

I've been using the water distillers from Makewaterpure for years. The distillers last and it is easy and fairly cheap to replace parts. I love the fact that my distiller came with carbon filters for extra clean water and citric acid for super easy cleaning of the container. Also, delivery and service are fast and always friendly. Great company with high moral toward customers. Thank you.

Okay after some communication issues the water distiller arrived, works fine.

I have been using my first distiller from MWP for around 1 year and 5 months and all of a sudden it stopped working and I quickly got in touch with them and a lady called Lucy helped me and sorted the problem ASAP and Im very happy with their service, credit where credit is due, Lucy was great and I will purchase another distiller from MWP real soon....George

Pretty simple to install and get going.

Love the taste of the water and tank is easy to clean. It's being used everyday and the 3 litres is enough for drinking water for my family of 4.

Would reccomend to anyone who wants to reduce the tap and bottled water usage.

My more expensive distiller from another company stopped working after only 2 years. So when I saw that Make Water Pure was doing a 6 Litre one unlike anywhere else, I decided to try it. It arrived yesterday and so far I am very impressed. The design is much better than my previous one as there is a lip in the lid to enable the top to be lifted off easily..and it does open up much easier than my previous model from another company. It is also quicker....6 litres in under 4.5 hours, unlike my previous make which took 5.5 hours for 4 litres.
I also want to thank the clear and helpful customer service I received from Lucy. From reviews I see it is standard to be this thorough and helpful, again something I did not receive from the other company previously.
I have also just noticed their replacement parts which is something other companies don't offer. Also, the filters are more reasonable than the other company I bought from. One note of caution, when I rinsed the filter first of all that came free with it, I overdid it and squeezed it too hard so it ended up breaking apart. It is like a large tea bag so once wet shouldn't be man-handled too much as I obviously did! Thankfully the replacements are not a stupid price so lesson learnt and no big deal. I'm looking forward to using my machine, please God, for many years to come!

Since my previous review, Jamie, the owner of the company, has been in touch and apologised unreservedly for the after sales service I experienced. After consideration and judging from the other and many positive reviews, I am inclined to believe that my experience is not typical. Things can go wrong in any omapny - it is the way in which it is handled afterwards that matters.

I would like to now re-evaluate and give the company 4 stars...one star has been held back due to the undue inconvenience caused.

I highly recommend this company! Not only does the company owner give excellent customer service and good advice but I have been using their quality water distiller for years! It is made from good quality stainless steel and not cheap aluminium (which is harmful to the body) like some of the cheaper brand ones you can buy, which apparently don't last. This distiller provides excellent quality, pure, drinking water and I love the fact that you can buy separate replacement parts, if required, once the guarantee ends, rather than the whole unit, which would cost a lot more. This to me proves the honesty of this company. It's rare for me to write a review so they must be good! :o)

The destillers from makewaterpure work really well, easy to use and has been really beneficial. I’ve had it for +2 years, and I feel the health benefits. Also makes cooking taste better. Customer service is excellent. To just see what remains of tab water here in Holland after 20L is quite disturbing, in Paris i’s even worse just after a couple of uses. Just a curiousity, even with a “natural” fluoride in The Hague is 0,18mg/L, that’s a full 5mg per week, that’s 2,6g a year. That and all the other junk that’s floating around, I’m really grateful that this company makes such good destillers, which make actually really delicious pure drinking water. Thanks!

Lucy has been very helpful to us, she is very efficient and supportive. I bought a machine 3month ago, definitely worth having it! Thank you Lucy for being there for us!

I recently had my Distiller serviced. It was returned to me looking very sparkly and almost new and of course was in good working condition.

About three or 4 months on, in the heat of the weather we've been having, the Distiller broke down. I contacted Make Water Pure and got quick service in responding and dealing with my query. I am now awaiting replacement part for my Distiller.

Service is key whenever I am ordering anything. Happy to recommend Make Water Pure and their Distillers anytime.

May I say how refreshing it is to deal with a company that puts the

Brillant!! Best thing done for/to my self in a long time...

I wanted to get a replacement glass stopper for the glass jug, I asked if they could tell me how much it would be for a glass stopper as I wanted to add this to my order for carbon filters. Replies were two-word sentences, the first stating that they did not understand. Next, I was sent links to pictures of the glass jug and filters, finally, I was told it was a "sealed unit" and they did not sell lids. The shortness of the responses and apparent lack of interest in engaging in my requirements was unacceptable.

I’m so happy with my distiller, it’s absolutely excellent. Would definitely recommend to anyone great quality product. Great customer service. Thank you company so much!!!
