Fraud website and harassing owner

I wanted to order a book from this website, so I went to checkout and entered my card details. But the website then informed me that the book was out of stock.

Since I no longer intended to make the purchase, I emailed customer support and politely requested that my saved card details be removed from my account. I believe customers have the right to ask for their payment information to be deleted.

Instead of receiving a professional response, the owner dustbin hall, replied: "I am not going to eat your card. When the book will be in stock you can buy again, until then chill out."

As a woman, I found the tone of this response dismissive and intimidating. While it wasn't overtly threatening, it made me feel uncomfortable and that my legitimate privacy concern was being mocked rather than addressed. I was simply asking for my payment details to be removed, and I expected a respectful, professional response.
