I have ordered a few times from Maladia. The clothes quality always surprises me for the price. My only complaint is that it sometimes takes weeks to get my order. If you don't need something quickly then it is a great shopping experience. Everything comes packaged individually in a bag, which I like. I will continue to use them. I read reviews on sizing for the various pieces that I order. It is incredibly helpful when people put their height/weight and the size of the item they ordered when describing the fit. Makes a big difference when getting something that will fit me when it gets here.

Do not buy from this company. The top I bought was nothing like the one in the photo. In the photo the top was short sleeve, I got long sleeve. The photo had a zipper, the one I received didn't. This company puts up fake images. When I commented on their Facebook they reported me so i can nolonger comment to warn others. Please stay away!

Same pattern of complaints as other customers, lost $240, quality is cheap, uncomfortable, delivered over 30 days, they offered no return authorization, only $30 credit which never happened. FACEBOOK is supporting this FRAUDULENT CO

I feel totally RIPPED OFF!

I ordered 8 items for more than $300 Canadian.
When they arrived:
3 were as described, though the fabric was cheap-feeling and pretty nasty.
1 "dress" was so poorly designed and cut that it would not fit a small boy at the front, and at the back looked like a size 18. My son was laughing at me when he saw it on as it was so ridiculous.
Another dress SHOULD have been green with pink all over it as per their photo, but arrived with only a TINY bit of pink, about 1% of what should have been there. Essentially NOT THE SAME COLOUR as advertised.
Other items were way too big, even though I measured correctly according to their sizing chart -- so they are a complete waste of money, too.

Maladia offered a measly $ amount as "compensation", only after they asked me to send them photos. They later offered a final amount of US$36 and said that if I wanted to pursue things further I'd have to ship everything back to them, at their Dubai warehouse at my own cost. Obviously, a deterrent.

Feel completely hoodwinked. It seems their business model is to spend lots on advertising and creating beautiful photos to sell their stuff and then ship out things that will disappoint most of the time. Good luck getting your money back! I've literally lost HUNDREDS of dollars to this company. BE WARNED!! Never again, Maladia.com sucks to me!

This company is completely fraudulent. I ordered a dress, when it arrived it was low quality and nothing like the picture. I asked to return, they started offering pitiful amounts like $7 as compensation. When I insisted on returning, they gave an address in the United Arab Emirates and insisted on a tracking number. The return postage would be $120 and they expect me to pay it - the original transaction was $50. I am reporting them for fraud to my card issuer.

It took almost 3 mths to receive the order.
They take several days to respond or don’t respond at all.
The clothes are cheap and thin.
Several items did not resemble what I had ordered; different print and style. When I requested a refund they offered $12 and told me I would have to pay for shipping.
This is FRAUD!!

What you sent me looked nothing like the picture. No one has reached out for a return. This is frustrating!! You actually send me another one. Why don't you refund customers? Thats what they call good customer relations.

It took a month to receive my order. Additionally, I ordered items according to their size chart. However, some items are too big or to tight. I contacted CS several times re: how to return or exchange items…no response received.

Shipping was slow, but all 3 items were shipped together in the same package, and all 3 items fit perfectly! I love them.

No tags about cleaning, so I took a chance and washed and dried on delicate and all 4 pieces came out great, and wrinkle free.

This is the first negative review I've ever written...I'm so angry. I placed an order for several items. I wasn't familiar with the company, but saw there was a return policy. The clothing arrived and didn't fit. I contacted the company to ask for an refund authorization and address to return the items. At least 8 email follow ups later, they have offered to give me $20. This is CRAZY. There is a return policy, with which I have complied 100%, and after offering me $20 they're ghosting me. I'm reporting this to my credit card company as fraud.

I loved the dresses I ordered. Great quality. My only complaint is that is took forever to receive them. I thought I had cancelled the order and was happy when they finally arrived.

Loved my items! Great quality! I can wear small to medium, so I sized up just to be safe. Perfect fit!

Both dresses ordered are as advertised. Fit is as expected. Shipping was good. Very thankful for a tracking number so I could watch the shipping progress! Can’t wait to wear these dresses!

The quality of the outfit was very nice. True to size and they came on time. I have to return one but am keeping the rest. I hope that returning is easy!
