Both of our showers were improperly tiled and quickly started leaking badly to the flat below. Malbet Services quickly identified the issue an came up with a range of solutions for different budgets and were very honest about each of them. The fixed both showers, repairing damage to the floorboards and dried out under the floors. Professionally done.

Elliot organised some excellent work on our home office conversion for us. The quality of the plastering, building and electrical work was very good indeed and communication throughout was excellent. Would use again!

End of tenancy clean

Elliot responded to my request quickly meeting me at the property & getting a quote out the following day.

Despite the tight timescale on the 5 bed 3 storey townhouse end of tenancy deep clean, it was all carried out on time & to a very high standard....thanks to Erin for this 👍

Elliot's advice on what was & wasn't required was great as letting agency was very happy as was I getting all my deposit back 🙂

If you’re looking for a tiler, look no further - Les from Malbet Services has just done a wonderful job tiling three floors for us. His attention to detail was absolutely superb and his commitment to completing the job within the timescale promised greatly appreciated. We already have another job lined up for him! I have used Malbet for many years now, for both cleaning and undertaking many renovation works. They are always super responsive, great price and the work is always completed to a high standard.

Malbet were hired to do up my bathroom in a rented flat. They were all very friendly and got the work done in a few short days, leaving our bathroom looking fantastic. They worked long hours to ensure the work was completed as fast as possible as they knew how difficult it was to be without a shower.

They also organised for a painter and an electrician to come and finish off the bathroom. Both did also did a great job, the room looks brand new.

I could not recommend them enough!

What I wanted was a full-service clean of my apartment at the end of my tenancy at a reasonable price. Also, I wanted a company who can take the task of my plate and perform a professional clean, ensuring thay the deposit to be paid back in full. Malbet Services did that and more.

We had large rugs cleaned and they are as good as new! Excellent and quick service, really professional and good value for money. Would highly reccommend!
