I booked a stay at Anantara Kihavah Maldives through MOR Holidays (Maldives Online Reservations) and paid USD 21,590 in full in October 2025.
The booking was later cancelled by the agency. The resort has confirmed that they never received any payment for my reservation.
Since then, I have been trying to obtain a refund. Over several weeks, MOR Holidays repeatedly confirmed that payment had been “submitted” or would be processed within specific timelines. None of these commitments have been fulfilled.
As of today, no refund has been received and no verifiable proof of payment (such as SWIFT/MT103) has ever been provided.
Communication has now stopped.
I strongly recommend extreme caution when dealing with this company.
