I recieved almost all my order, there were something I didn't want and I was told to send it back. I couldn't,due to the fact I couldn't print it off. I gave not a printer to do so. So I e-mailed back that I couldn't print it(lable). I pleaded ans she told me that's it. I probably will not order again from this company.

* ordered all colors & cuts of all joe snyder bikinis @joesnyder.com
* kept searching more designs online. Found 3 on ebay including 1 from male basics (as ebay seller). It was a zebra pattern. Male basics sent me wrong bikini instead. I contacted multiple times stating something like- “please be fair. I didn't experience such practice from non china seller before. Sent pictures of the same i bought from their website and the wrong one. Never responded back. My communication was respectful and gentle. Ebay said it shows “shipped and received” so transaction is all good, so it is ok to ship a dog if u order cat it seems.
* as u can see i am an under addict. I have spent thousands on underwear and still continue to do so. Joe snyder.com gave me VIP Status in 2 months
* for just a 19$ underwear, male basics, you lost so much more lost revenue. Was it worth it?

Placed an order. Credit card was charged, but did not receive order confirmation or shipping information. Several calls to customer service are routed to voicemail and no call back.

After I placed my order online, with a credit card that I rarely use, I was a victim of fraud!! There was 2 unathorized transactions to merchats that I never heard of. One of them was, Ninja World, and the other one was Nicosia Cyp. I want to make clear that, I only used this credit card for merchats who I know. To my surprise, after placing an order to this site, I got these fraudulent charges, and I had not used this credit card in a long time. I had to cancel this credit card.

I now own 4 pairs of the boxer briefs and they are by far the most comfortable pair of underwear I have ever warn! Will definitely be buying more in the future.

I struggled and struggles to make my order on-line. I finally gave up and contacted customer service (on-line). They did a terrific job of processing my request and they scared the website was due for an upgrade.

The item I purchased was a bit different than shown. It is very coarse material and in critical places, does not fit well at all. It is even uncomfortable to wear. It will be the last item I order from them.
