Inconsistent Communication and Poor Continuity Between Support Teams
The biggest issue I experienced was inconsistent messaging between the medical liaison and the customer service representative (CSR). Information and guidance provided by one support channel did not always align with what was communicated by the other, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration.
I strongly recommend establishing separate and clearly defined messaging channels for medical support and customer service, with distinct responsibilities and communication histories. Each support entity should have access to the appropriate prior communications and be able to clearly distinguish medical guidance from administrative or customer service information.

Im sure the product is great, my friend referred me to you guys and I'm excited to get going, but I would rather talk to a male during the consultation, but whoever it is needs to have more patience. This isn't a easy subject to talk about and honestly im pretty embarrassed about the whole thing and having someone to talk to with more patience woulda made a bigger difference.

I have been with male excel now for…
I have been with male excel now for about 6 months. Since then if I have any questions or concerns they are quick to respond and always are willing to get to the bottom of any issue or concerns that I may have. The doctors are very detail oriented and are there whenever you need them. The refill process is very easy. They always send you a link with a bunch of questions to see how you have been feeling and to see if anything has changed with your health. Then they can determine the proper dosing for your next few months. Highly recommend!!

Started my TRT with another well know company that was charging $285 a month for 4 shots of 5 units of testosterone once week to finding Male Excel is night and day. Excellent customer service and knowledgeable doctors, with their micro dosing has been great. If your paying over $120 a month and want something better give Male Excel a try!
