I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. I ordered a product and waited weeks for it to arrive. When it finally did, they hit me with an unexpected surcharge of $25 for the transport taxes which I refused to pay. I immediately returned the product, and despite contacting customer service multiple times, I have heard nothing back for nearly two months!
I bought this product and unfortunately didn’t realise it has silicones it in, I immediately tried to cancel my order but it was dispatched the next day and took two days for a response about the cancellation. Although quick dispatch it otherwise a good thing! It still took over two weeks to arrive though. I have not used to product, I’ve looked into it further and the ingredients do not look good for sensitive skin, I hadn’t heard of Cyclopentasiloxane before but this is a silicone and is classed as toxic in the EU, it’s also terrible for the environment. I’ve read of this cream curing some peoples acne and causing tonnes of CC’s for others which will no doubt be due to the silicone and dimethicone. It also has two irritants, one is an eye irritant and the other just a general irritant.
