Absolutely Do NOT Recommend!

Amy's furniture service was incredibly disappointing. Initially, she seemed responsive and willing to customize furniture as requested. However, significant problems arose:

- Communication completely broke down, with Amy becoming unresponsive for long periods.

- She failed to meet deadlines for delivery and modifications.

- Many paid items were not delivered or were incorrect.

- Furniture was mistakenly removed without replacement.

- There were no proactive updates on project delays.

Amy's service failed to meet expectations due to severe communication and reliability issues. Despite paying $42,000 for her services, she failed to complete the agreed upon work and has now completely disappeared with our furniture.

Customers beware, please do your research and find a better company to help you.
