I ordered a Judogi from Malino on 27. January 2022. I got an email confirmation with an order reference number. I opted for first class shipping.
As I have not received an update on the status of my order (i.e. the order was delayed or had been dispatched), I sent an email on 01. February to inquire about the status of my order. That email went unanswered. I again emailed to inquire about the status of my order on 3rd February. This email went also unanswered. Today is the 10. February, so I allowed the business some time to respond to my emails.
I fortunately paid with PayPal, so I reported a problem with that order in my PayPal account.
Needless to say I am not very happy with the service provided.
