We use the secure pin code service with DPD, which means the parcel cannot be handed over without the pin code (which only you have) being given to the driver. I have checked the POD and tracking, and the pin code was given and the image is compliant.

I still haven't received my parcel DPD Keep saying they have tried delivering it yet they haven't as I was at my kitchen window at 9.15am and they said they tried at 9.31 am they never knocked my door,so I am still waiting for my trainers

The pin code has to be given to the driver to complete the delivery. If the delivery fails, you must reschedule within 24 hours via the DPD website, otherwise it will be returned to us for a refund minus the postal costs as we have shipped correctly and given you all the information needed for you to be available to accept the delivery.

DPD are a joke, tried to deliver and would not wait 1 minute on the pin number. Now when I check progress of parcel it is being returned to Mallet without any attempt to deliver back to me.
