Ordered two items desember 2, that was supposed to be a Christmas present. 12 days later I haven't heard anything and I wrote and email asking what's going on with the order. They told me that they needed som extra days to send because one of the items where harder to get. On the 24th I send them a new email telling them I don't want the order because it was suppose to be a Christmas gift and now it's too late...
Today 28 of desember I got a email telling me that the order is ready. The two items is on that list. At the same time I got a email from costumer service telling me that they can't send me the order because one of the items isn't in storage anywhere.
At the same time I get a notification from Klarna that they're waiting on payment for the whole order.
This is just so unprofessional that I have no words...
I will never order from this place again.
And they will charge me 85kr to send it back. I have send them a new email asking them to fix this... I hope they will.

Only 3 months policy on defective items. I bought a great down jacket 6 months ago. It arrived in good time and is a perfect fit. Unfortunately after 6 months the zipper stitching has come away, rendering the jacket useless in windy weather - as it can no longer be zipped up. The company response is that defects are covered for 3 months. Nothing more.

Amazing place to buy Norwegian stuff online. Bought many things from Mall of Norway they really have an amazing selection of things like Jackets, Hoodies, Sweaters, Hats and many more. They deliver things very fast and have amazing Customer Service as they have helped me with a few issues I've had with my orders in the past. Anyone who wants to buy Norwegian clothing online come here and you may find what you want here!

sad they do not do exchange only returns. got my order but the size is bigger

I ordered 4 sweaters. I asked for information on sizing in advance, but the information that was made available was very unclear. I got 3 out of 4 right, but the 4th one was way off.

I followed their return instructions precisely. It cost me $57 to ship the $140 sweater back for a refund. (Plus I bought a replacement for the mis-sized one.) But the sweater sat in Norwegian customs for a month before being returned to me with no explanation. I notified Mall of Norway that it seemed to be stuck there but they didn't seem to take any action.

The Mall of Norway customer service told me to take it up with my shipper. Everyone saying "not my fault."

Incredibly fast delivery! I can get something from Norway to the USA in less than a week. I order from other stores in the US and they don’t even ship out in a week, and they choose the slowest way possible to save a buck. Great service.

I bought a jacket however it was a size too big and it was also scuffed. I asked about exchange for a smaller size but they don't do exchange only returns. I would of had to pay for it to be returned, then re-order the jacket at the correct size and also pay for the shipping AGAIN.

Unless you know your size perfectly then don't order from this site because it could cost you a lot of money in shipping!

I can only strongly advise against orders from Germany.
The expensive cardigan I ordered just didn't fit, it bulged at the seams, so I wanted to send it back. A return is only offered for 60 euros; my specially organized return was not delivered there, so I'm reluctant to keep the jacket.

My Anorak fiasco! I emailed them asking about sizing. I ordered according to that. It was much too small. And, I'm a small/thin person! 5'9" and 120 pounds. I wanted a red Anorak. It was shown as red, but orange when it arrived. It cost me $47.00 to return it (pus the $40.00 to ship it here!). So, it cost me $90.00 to try on a jacket! I'm just hoping the Anorak makes it back to them and they at least refund me the price of the $150.00 jacket. I won't shop here again. I'll stick to Amazon.

Ordered form these guys. All was well and kept updated with shipping etc. Smooth process and the items look great.
