After I got her all the documentation, she took care of the complete mortgage application, taking everything out of my hands, whilst keeping me informed of the different steps. I was very anxious about it at times and they calmed me down and explained the process thoroughly to me. From the outset we received amazing service from Nicky, Tracey & Kim. Once we had provided them with the required information they did the rest, working in tandem with our lawyer. The process was completely seamless to us back in the UK but any questions or concerns we had were addressed swiftly and nothing was too much trouble. The valuation and mortgage approvals were completed very quickly and we were awed at their efficiency.

When we arrived in Mallorca this week (Sept 2021) to complete on our property, Tracey was there to support us at Notary and Bank meetings (MMC had also arranged bank account openings on our behalf). I cannot recommend Mallorca Mortgage highly enough. Being a non resident the process of buying a house can be very daunting but the team at Mallorca Mortgage were so helpful all the way through the process and made everything so much easier. Tracey went above and beyond to answer our questions, liaise with the bank, and make sure we knew what was happening at every stage of the process and made sure we got a great deal on our mortgage as well!
