We live in a little town in Co. Fermanagh in Northern Ireland.
I was shopping in our local SuperValu store this week.
I decided to take a look at the Gin section as I’m curious about the different types the store offers.
I was looking at the usual Gin in green bottles or clear square type bottles.
At the end of the shelf I seen a bottle with a pink liquid in it it had a long neck as what you would normally see in a wine bottle.
At first I thought it was a misplaced bottle of Rose wine 🍷.
I looked at it again closely and seen that it was described as Pink Gin by Mallows !
I had never heard of seen this brand before.
I thought what the heck I will try it.
So I bought a bottle of tonic and a bag of ice 🧊.
Later that same evening after my usual day of cleaning and cooking I decided to try this new drink that I had purchased.
So I poured myself a nice wee measure and topped it with ice and tonic.
Well Blow Me Down with a feather!!
It tasted amazing the hint of strawberry and botanical flavour was amazing.
I then decided to research the brewery.
It is Welsh. They have a website called Mallows bottling and brewery.
I shopped around the website for more information.
In the end I registered with them and received a discount offer.
Thy have a tasting box with 6 different flavours so I took advantage of the discounted price and ordered a box.
I am waiting for the box to arrive next week and I’m so looking forward to my taste sensation of the product.
I will definitely let you know how it goes.

Really enjoying the spiced rum I bought a bottle at a food and drink festival, so I had to buy a bottle on there site, very fast delivery, packed very well I would give them 5 star out of 5 stars, definitely recommend

So after seeing a friend post about this tipple, I wanted to give it a go. Seeing that is was a Welsh bourbon I needed to try it!

It’s taste is up there for people who enjoy a Makers Mark 46 or a Bulleit, with a nice amount of spice to it too. Really nice easy drink, not too harsh. I totally recommend it, plus you’ll be helping a local business!

The delivery was quick and I was updated throughout and it came in safe secure packaging due to the contents. And the fact that the taste is one to rival my usual go-to drinks I will definitely be buying again!

As lover of all Whiskies and Whiskeys I was very happy when my wife came home from a weekend away with a bottle of Charlie Parry’s 3 year old bourbon. Made to a traditional US recipe with a little bit of Wales then added, the result is a really nice deep flavoured bourbon that goes down very smoothly. I’ll definitely be buying again!

This is a great bourbon from mellows distillery vanilla toffee then on the second pour I was getting the earthy grassy notes from the rye on the third pour orange peal this bourbon is smooth and will go down to easy for a 3 year old bourbon this will give the established brands a run for their money

This is an amazing Bourbon. It is so smooth and full of flavour. You can tell that the family is passionate about making this Bourbon. It has very quickly become the favourite tipple in the house. Going to try the Honey Bourbon next.

The bourbon was very smooth to drink with just the right amount of honey flavour. We planned to try with ginger as recommended but it was so good we just had it with ice . I look forward to having the berry when back in stock !
