I now have 2 Malone Racks with the…
I now have 2 Malone Racks with the Telos loader. It works great. I am 63, soon to be 64, and this allows me to get out on the water without having someone else with me. But now, when I do have a friend with a kayak join me, we can travel together rather than separately. Kudos to Malone!

Simple to install on factory cross bars. Sturdy kayak holder although a little more flexibility in the holder to accommodate different size/shape kayaks would be useful.

your kayak system
I ordered your kayak system last fall, and ended up returning the support pole twice due to dents in them. The third set was great, and I successfully used them several times this summer! One learning was that my car really had to be on flat ground to make it easier to get the boat into the racks. I love this system!

Kyk cart replacement wheel - had to clear enough material with a drill and 1” hole saw so it would fit on a 1” shaft. Once that was done it functions perfectly.

We've had the kayak racks for over a year and were able to use them on two different trucks (mid and full-size). They are built well and have held up well. We had one small issue with a bracket that broke and Malone replaced it with no questions asked. Great customer service and quality product.

Amazing product and customer service
Amazing product and customer service. One of the plastic latches on the Kayak rack broke when I was trying to unlock the arm, called customer service and they sent me a full set at no charge to me. Now that's customer service. I would buy again and let anyone know to buy from them.
