I use a mixer so the Malt I will have as the special Christmas present from my son will be sipped with just piece of ice in a crystal glass. My regular scotch and lemonade plus a few lumps of ice is 'swigged', my Malt is sipped and savored.!!!

Really poor company to deal with
Really poor company to deal with!
Been told by Royal Mail my parcel is missing, contacted Malts and received and email saying we will be in contact within 48 hours! Still waiting for the reply over a week later! Currently have had no response from either company and no items received!

Really nice site for Diageo releases
I think the site was a little rocky when it first launched, I had no idea when things were being released, etc. But now, it's working well, the Malts Club is great, and every order I've had has arrived perfectly. Some items don't ship for a while, but that is usually noted on the item page. Overall, the site is very nice and works well. Shipping to USA will be a big plus.

Good whisky at reasonable prices and free delivery for Malts Club members. That's great, thank you. However, Malts Club benefits are a bit hit and miss, in my opinion. Great to have free delivery but the allocation of points appears inconsistent. I never received my birthday bonus. Tried to contact but got no reply. I have written three reviews since signing up but only got points for one. Clarity on this would be great!
Update- November 2022: I have now had my Malts Club Points total amended to be in line with what I was anticipating. This occurred within 24 hours of me replying to their request for me to contact them again. In view of that I am happy to upgrade my review to 5 Stars. Thank you for your rapid response.

Not a great selection on offer, I would have liked to have seen some of the smaller independent distilleries represented such as Rosebank.

Interesting, but ooh la la do they hype.
Malts.com do know their stuff and had a good selection of malts, many of which I have in my collection or have consumed.
Alas recently offers have been concentrated on niche high end malts (mostly variants of established brands) at hundreds of pounds a bottle.
Now I am so naïve as to think there as such a thing as a cheap bottle of good malt whisky, but on the other hand I am not so gullible as to pay many times the price for a virtually indistinguishable bottle.

Horrible website.
Experience is below average.Recent changes to the website were not the best choices.The login procedures are the most annoying in the whole picture, makes one lose their patience.Chaged the password about half a dozen times and it’s not working , that “I’m not a robot” thing is the most idiotic futile and stupid implemented gimmick.
The part below with “continue with Gmail,Facebook, etc” is also quite intrusive.
Get a reality check!!!!
Someone should do a thourough “usability” check.

I enjoy reading the reviews and descriptions of the quality and flavours of the various malts.
the only reason I have not given the review 5 stars is because I find that the prices of a lot of the single malts are probably more than the average man in the street (myself included) is prepared or can afford to pay.

Malts/Diageo have cut off Northern Ireland
Given Brexit was so long ago it is rediculous that Malts/Diageo have made no attempt to offer delivery to Northern Ireland, you have effectively decided to cut off Northern Ireland from the rest of the UK, basically sticking a finger up to the whole country. Perhaps Northern Ireland should stick a finger up to all of Diageo's brands.
