I would give 0 if I could. Do not buy from this company. They promise fast delivery but it takes weeks. They make out they are based in the UK, they are based in china. The dresses I bought were not as described, they were described as embroidered with side pockets. What arrived were 2 dresses that were made from cheap material, no embroidery, no side pockets and the stitching was a different colour to the dress. AVOID

I stupidly fell for the ads on Facebook of a pretty embroidered cotton dress. The object that arrived was a worthless piece of printed nylon/Spandex,no hint of cotton or embroidery and no way to return it cheaply to somewhere in the middle of China. I am still doing email battle with 'Mary' their large language model bot, which is kind of amusing, but I will be pleasantly surprised if I ever see my money back.

Waiting for a refund promised 2 months ago. Tried to email to chase up but it’s pinged back. Malvern style has ceased trading 😡

Still waiting for a refund for two pairs of trousers I received a few weeks ago I wanted to return but told I would have to send back to China at my own expense. As it is not easy to get to a Post Office I asked for a refund. Eventually they offered me 40% which has not been received though they say it was actioned on August 9th. I've been in touch and Malvern style say the refund is on hold due to their shopify account being temporarily paused

Completely agree with every single comment (except the two fake 5* ones!!). This company is a fake, the Elena dress is sold as delicate all over embroidery when in fact it is just printed polyester (of very poor quality). Delivery was supposed to be next day but after receiving many emails stating a delay in order due to quality checking arrived over 3 weeks later... from CHINA! not Malvern. The product was not as advertised. This is the first time I have purchased anything from Facebook, I checked out the company and saw they had a boutique shop in Malvern in the UK so felt I did my due diligent. I emailed about returning the dress, which they state 100% return guarantee... that's a joke, you have to return back to China at your own cost with proof of delivery. Having declined that, I was offered 20% back and to keep the dress, which I not sure even the charity shop will appreciate but accepted. That was over 5 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for the refund. Never ever will I shop again on Facebook or MALVERN STYLES.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased.... Lesson learnt!
PS... I never write reviews but having read these I felt I had to add, they need to be investigated.

Shame there is No ZERO as that what this deserves for misleading buyers into thinking they get what’s advertised on their site ! Instead you get a badly made rag of a dress looking nothing like the
One on their model !

It was a scam. I was playing Wordle and this advert came up for this lovely dress. I ordered it for my wife. Ididnt expect great quality for £35 but what arrived from China was a piece of rubbish like you wouldnt buy in a Chinese market place not worth $5. I wrote to them and they asked me to return it to Yes China! How do we get them closed down?

I wanted to give this company zero stars. They fraudulently described a dress I bought from them as embroidered and cotton. There was no embroidery at all, just printed material - and it was not cotton. The label on the dress I received stated polyester and spandex! It was cheap and nasty. On advice from my bank I returned it to the UK address on the package I received, at my own expense, and not to China as they requested. After numerous emails, screenshots of confirmation of postage and the parcel at the return address - and of the signature of the person receiving the returned package at the warehouse they will not refund me because I didn’t send it to China.
Thank goodness for my bank that raised a dispute and have refunded me in full. Contact your bank to raise a dispute with Malvern Style if you’ve had the same problem as me.
I cannot believe that anyone would want to buy anything from Malvern Style after reading the reviews here on Trust Pilot. I wish I’d read them before buying from them!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I also need to return the items I ordered and was offered a 30% discount to keep the items or to post to China!! I thought it was a British based company. I don't think I have read anywhere that you need to ship back to China. I'm still haggling with them about the refund and return... never ever will I order from them again!!

The dress is nothing like the advertisement, basically it's cheap crap, if I could have given no stars I would have, don't waste your money 😞😕

When my dress eventually arrived (about 10days after it was promised) it was a complete pile of rubbish. It was a cheap 3D design, made of the cheapest material (with no care label of any kind) and badly sewn. It bore very little resemblance to the image of the dress on their website. I was told I could return it but had to pay postage, which, when I enquired about returning in my local post office, I was told it would cost £19 to post.

I wasn’t prepared to risk paying out any more money as there was no guarantee the would refund me the money, so had to resort to taking a very small refund and keeping the dress. It went straight to my charity shop, where, there was another identical dress. How many people are they conning?

I believe it’s a complete con as what you see online is NOT what you get. I got my fingers burnt so would advise anyone thinking of buying from them -don’t

If I could give a zero rating I would. Appalling product, took ages to arrive and when it did it was nothing like product marketing blurb. When I requested a refund was told I had to send the dress back to China as a tracked package at my own expense to obtain a refund.
This experience has put me off purchasing from online companies unless they are well respected.

Ordered two dresses. Only one has arrived which is nothing like the one I ordered. Beware they just send anything. It’s a different colour, length etc
Never got the 2nd dress and been waiting over six weeks

Where do I start. Firstly it was marketed as a UK company even showing a lovely little boutique. I waited over two weeks sending several emails - replies were slow and on one occasion a duplicate of a previous one. Eventually my dress arrived which was nothing like the one I ordered. I requested my money back and was advised it would be at my own cost (to China) and then they would refund 30%. Do NOT use this company.

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying. Nasty fabric faded in stripes as if had been hanging in the sun. Nothing like the picture. I was, stupidly fooled by the advertising of a UK upmarket boutique. It’s Chinese. Tried cancelling my order once ordered without luck. Now have to return to China at my expense. They have offered me 20% to keep it! There’s enough rubbish in landfills already without adding this so will return it.

Scam company …goods shipped from china ,(not informed ) really poor quality and not as shown .Cannot get a refund ,they do not reply to emails AFTER the sale

DO NOT BUY - As with all the other reviews, the dresses have arrived and are the most appalling things I have seen. Cheap and nasty tatt.
The Company hides behind being UK based, and the base is China. They also added another dress 2 hours after ordering the originals.
Please, please save your money. Wish I had read these reviews first.

Total rip off. Fraudulently uses another companies photos. Not as described. No fine embroidery and not cotton blend but polyester. Rubbish. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

I would rate this company 0.The dress looked nothing like the photo and took over 2 weeks to arrive.It is awful quality and so cheaply made.I am trying to return it but they are saying they have no UK warehouse and it will cost me as much as the dress costs to send it back to China.This information is not on the website when you purchase..Its an absolute scam.They have offered me a 30% refund .I will keep you updated.I have never received such dreadful customer service.
