I received a demaged product, they say it is my fault. Absolutely not recommended!

My daughter expects me to buy her this expensive doll's house.

The kitchen from this store is wonderful. It's made of wood, looks beautiful, and has lots of play elements. The child is delighted.

I ordered a wooden animal hospital for my toddler, payment was taken immediately but I never received an order confirmation or tracking number. Without these it's been impossible for me to contact the company to check my order. I have ended up having to report this as a fraudulent transaction to my bank and Paypal.

Please avoid this company and don't take the risk. Never expected to be scammed buying a child's toy but unfortunately it seems 'Mamabrum' has built a business doing so.

Wanted to return this kitchen explained
That I had made a mistake far too small for intended child . Bought through Amazon they were helpful , this company not they said they would pick it up from my house . But I would have to pay the costs of pick up . I agreed various communication back and forth kitchen still unopened in front room . Will have to trawl back for dates think it’s June

WARNING TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPNAY
I ordered a baby room mirror, but the reflection is distorted – either too big or too small. It seems there is an issue with the acrylic mirror. I emailed customer service but received no reply, and there is no telephone number available to contact them in Poland.

PLEASE avoid this company, as it is very difficult to reach them if something goes wrong UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO LOOSE MONEY. AVOID AVOID

I am happy to say I am not disappointed after spending a lot of time searching for the perfect play kitchen to give my girls for Christmas. They absolutely love it; I love it because it doesn’t look like a mess in the house.
✔️ it was easy to put together, and the little light is such a cute touch that adds to its charm.
➖The only thing that bothers me is the price fluctuation. There was quite a difference at times, and I had to wait for it to drop again (though not as low as it had been initially). So, I ended up paying more than I wanted. If I had bought it sooner… but… lesson learned!
✔️However, it is good quality, looks good, and the girls are happy and play with it daily. That's more than enough for me!

This buggy exceeded my expectations! It's easy to assemble, It's comfortable for my baby, easy to fold and unfold, and has a smooth ride even on bumpy terrain. The design is also stylish and modern, which is a bonus. Overall, I'm very impressed with this buggy has great suspension. Highly recommended

I am absolutely thrilled with this baby bed! As a new parent, I was looking for a bed that was not only safe and comfortable for my little one and I'm happy to report that this bed meets all of my safety standards. The bed is made from sturdy, high-quality materials that can withstand rough handling, and the design is carefully crafted to prevent any accidents or injuries.

No quality control: two backboards broken and cracked, chipped door, missing screw nuts, uneven cuts in the main support panels, cheap plastics used for parts. For over £100, it is not worth the money.

So utterly disappointed with this website. We ordered a wooden puppet theatre supermarket toy. This was due to be delivered by Dec 19th. We had no correspondence from the company. Assumed the delay was down to christmas post. We contacted them on December 21st to ask of it was possible to track the parcel. Only then were we informed that the product was out of stock. We received an apology and offered 10% off our next order. I'm not sure a 10% discount will cut it when we explain to our daughter on Christmas morning that santa hasn't delivered the one thing she has asked for. What's more the lack of communication has made it virtually impossible for us to order another one from an alternative website to be delivered in time for Christmas. This isn't good enough at all. Will absolutely not reccomend this website or buy anything from them again. I actually don't understand how in 2024 a company is selling products they cannot source and provides no communication to their customer.

The wooden part of the playground broke after 1 week, there was no response to emails, no phone contact

Please don’t be conned by spending money with this fraudulent company they will take your money send you a broken item and you never get a refund that I have been chasing for weeks. I purchased a kitchen for my granddaughter. Upon the item being delivered it was clear that the item had already been returned as half of the packaging and internal packaging were of differing types. They know fully well that it damaged. You buy from one company Mamabrum but then have to return it to Kidz motion who are registered as automotive brands. So a sham company under several names and I’m guessing I will go round in circles trying to get my £80 please delivery back. Have raised a fraud case with the bank please please don’t get conned ship elsewhere.
Update :- Have had an email from Kidz Motion advising they have nothing to do with Mamabrum and they are just using their name. Kidzmotion have been extremely helpful and provided copies of companies house records but I feel I have to leave this comment until matter has been resolved.
Further update I have raised a charge back but this can take up to 145 days so out off pocket for 6 months. Whilst this Poland based company rips people off

Ordered bed side cot and both package and product arrived broken. I paid extra for home delivery as my fiancee was nearly 9 months pregnant and i have a terrible back injury so i asked them to collect the broken item so i can order something else before baby arrives. I received a return label for DHL which required us to travel to drop a fairly large box as they don't offer home collection. When i mentioned my order was for home delivery and expect a home pick especially as the product was broken at arrival, i have been told to ask a friend or relative to carry the item to the drop off point. Again, when that was not accepted by us, i have been told that they will not collect and to find a way to carry the item to a drop off point as they will not collect.
This customer service is terrible at best and i wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from this company. Not only they treat costumers like that, but their products are very crap, flimsy and as experienced arrive already broken.

I bought a child bike which had clearly badly designed, ended up breaking while my little daughter was driving it. I think this company is selling very low qualit. I don't recommend to anyone giving the fact that they refused to refund although the little bike had a one year warranty.

I bought a kids kitchen set. It had missing pieces, I contacted them several times requesting missing parts or refund 5 weeks later still no response. Stay away

I was a bit weary as no reviews but we ordered the retro kitchen for my daughters 1st birthday and it is absolutely perfect. Speedy delivery , all the parts were there and easy to assemble and working fine.
