Good quality for a very share price
Good quality for a very share price. Discounts are also pretty good! Packaging is nice, easy to open and close back up, airtight. Delivery was also fast. Just placed my 2nd big order.
Only downside i could think off is the 100 free grams you get. Its honestly garbage and just threw it away. Rather get 1 extra gram of what I ordered. But it was free so still 5 stars!

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Mama Kana. My original parcel was reported as blocked and could not be located by the carrier. After investigating, Mama Kana offered me a voucher for the full value of my order.
I contacted customer service and asked if they could simply resend the same items instead of making me place a new order myself. On 23 September, they confirmed in writing that they would create a replacement order and asked me to contact them again on Monday to arrange dispatch.
Since then, I have had to chase them for updates. I emailed on 8 October asking whether my replacement order had been sent, followed up again on 10 October, and still have received no response.
It is extremely frustrating to have an order go missing through no fault of my own, be promised a replacement, and then be left chasing customer service with no communication or confirmation of dispatch.
A company’s customer service really shows when something goes wrong, and unfortunately, my experience has been very poor. I have been patient throughout this process, but the lack of communication and failure to provide an update is unacceptable.
I would not recommend ordering from Mama Kana based on my experience. I hope they take this feedback seriously and finally resolve the issue.

As an affiliate partner, I invested my own time, money, effort, and resources into researching your products, creating promotional content, reaching potential customers, and generating legitimate sales for Mama Kana. The brand benefited from my work and the revenue I helped produce.

I mist really say that they have really amazing quality and a lot of selection.
I was not waiting sonething so good and in the end is cheap cause they give a present: make double the order plus couple of present, really they are nice.
