Bad Experience with Returns and Delivery!

When I made an order with them, it took them more than 3 days to ship the delivery, so the claim of daily delivery is a farce!

Secondly, when I wanted to return some of the items received, their site had issues with creating labels. I waited until they said their site is fixed, and when I tried it was still not fixed.

Then they created a label and asked me to send using it, and never even once did they tell me that it was going to cost me 48 kr which shall be deducted from my returns and refunds! If they had told me I would have reconsidered sending the items back!

I think you should avoid shopping with them!

We purchased a diaper changing station from Mammashop and after a few months of use, one of the spareparts of the drawers was broken. I contaced Mammashop for a solution and they timely helped me to receive a new set of spareparts from the manufacturer.

I ordered a changing table, a cream and a Madras on the 7th May.

I received my parcel about a week later and got surprised to see that the cream that they sold me was 1 year too old(!!). I contacted the customer service and only got an answer 9 days later telling me that they will refund the money (did not suggest to send me a new one...).
I had already sent back the cream and the madras that did not fit.
I got the refund for the cream a few days later but after a month and a half (!!) I still did not get the money back for the madras(459dkk).
I contacted the customer service again, as a reminder, and got PART OF the money back a few days later (411dkk) as they charged me for returning the products.

Your products are too old, you don't answer my messages, and you don't send back my money unless I remind you and yet you charge me 48dkk . what a service !
