A tried and trusted product - the best of the best in terms of potency, clean supply and processing. Easy to take formulas for day and night have become part of my daily ritual. The brand is so generous with expertise I feel really informed as to what I'm taking in an over-crowded and over-whelming market. Would recommend to anyone!

Mama Shrooms Night time capsules literally changed my life when I went through an anxious period and just couldn’t fall asleep. I didn’t want to get hooked on the sleeping pills the doctor prescribed. These came into my life and I haven’t had a problem since. I love Gems books so it made perfect sense to try Mamashrooms and I not been disappointed. I recently travelled and forgot to take them with me, I use both the day & night and I could really tell the difference, particularly with my sleep.

I was using Floow Genius Mind for focus and wanted to give functional mushrooms a go. Mama Shrooms day give me the same focus as the Genius Mind but in a smoother way. And the night mushroom blend is fabulous at aiding my sleep. 10/10, give them a go.
Even better they are created by a standalone female business.

I like the fact they come in an easy to take capsule as I don't really like the taste of mushrooms. I love Gem's ethos and brand and like to support a small independent business and the product, packaging and delivery were excellent. I will be signing up for a subscription.

Travelling through the menopause I have found the daytime capsules bring focus & clarity to my busy mind. I take each day without fail & have honestly felt a shift. Thank you to Gem for bringing mamashrooms into my life & for her kindness, love & support for the community. Big up Gem! X

Highest quality, I've tried many different brands of functional mushrooms and this is the real deal. I like that it's a combination of mushrooms, I've used the Day (morning) one and used it in phases of a few weeks to months. I notice a difference in focus and calm throughout my day. Pricy but you pay for quality. Thanks for a an excellent product!

I have been a big fan of Gem since I first had her juice and meal delivery in Brighton so it’s amazing to follow her journey into functional mushrooms. Whilst I don’t religiously taken Mama shrooms every single month,I really do notice the difference in the months when I do take the day and night capsules. I feel much more energised and clear headed during the day and my sleep definitely improves at night. So I can genuinely recommend these products and I hope Mama Shrooms goes from strength to strength.

Really happy with these supplements so far! I’ve noticed better focus and steady energy without feeling jittery. Definitely keeping these in my daily routine. 👍

Having used both of Gemmas cookbooks I know how passionate she is about healthy foods that promote good well-being. When I discovered her mamashroom brand I knew this would be a quality product. I've taken these every day now for months and really notice a difference. Highly recommended.

I recently started to research functional mushrooms and how they could help my sleep - I’m 51 and at the latter end of perimenopause with disrupted sleep currently being my biggest ‘symptom’.
I have taken a ‘Night’ capsule every evening before bed for the last week and noticed the difference almost immediately. Sleep is more rested and heavy/deep. I do still wake at times, but it’s not with a racing heart and feeling hot and fidgety. I’ve also had two full nights of uninterrupted sleep which i’ve not had for as long as I can remember. The verdict is MamaShrooms are definitely working for me and I’ll be investing in more once this pouch runs out!

Love mamashrooms! They are a perfect supplement to my diet & incorporate everything I need in 1 capsule! Really noticed a difference after about 1 week of taking them, so very effective. I would highly recommend! They make great gifts as well 😊

Bought these recently after much research , saw the benefits after a week of taking, much more focused in the day and the evening capsule improved my sleeping patterns . Tried other brands in the past but never really noticed any difference in my moods . Will buy again for sure !

Bought these for me but tried the sleep one for my son who usually struggles to sleep (he is 15). He absolutely loves them and says they help him massively every night. He notices if he hasn't had them.
Giving it a 4 * as the delivery hasn't been amazing but I am sure these are just teething problems for a new idea :)

Wow! I love this product so much. I’ve tried other mushroom blends but these are now my favourite. The day capsule has given me so much more focus and mental clarity and I noticed my skin was glowing after only a few days. The night capsule has given me such a deep and restful sleep and I have so much more energy throughout the day now. They come beautifully packaged and customer service was fantastic too. So impressed and have been recommending to everyone!

A friend gave me a packet of these for my birthday and I love everything about them, so ordered 'Day' and 'Night' for my son, who has trouble sleeping. They came beautifully packaged, with a personal note and gorgeous free mushroom tree decoration! Maybe it's the start of the new year but I've noticed better focus and higher energy levels!
