Not a cotton, very poor customer service. I highly recommend to avoid this seller
If I could, I would give no star at all. The quality of items is very bad. They advertise it as 100% organic cotton but it does not feel like cotton in touch at all. Not only the quality is dissapointing but also their customer service, or should I rather say that there is no customer service at all.
I ordered two nursing covers, one pink and one noir. The pink cover arrived faulty. The noir one, basically black, I realised it is too dark for the baby to sit in it so I thought since I have to contact customer service to exchange the broken cover, I may also ask if I can have the black one exchanged for lighter colour- it is always worth asking, even if the answer is no exchange. I sent email provided for enquires and also copied support. I resent the same email after about a week and never heard back from either of them. I am not going to elaborate on the quality, which i think did not meet the expectation raised by its price. I wish I could just return the items and have my money back
