I place an order (120273) for an oversized recliner cover (97.99) and used the discount code BLACK50 and the amount showed up as 78.39 ( approx as I didn’t make a screen shot of the receipt) as the check out amount for the cover. When my credit card went through, the cover showed up as the original amount of 97.99. Not very nice at all. If I don’t hear back, I will not let the credit card payment pass through.

In Time for the Holidays!
I had to exchange the chair and ottoman slipcovers because the color I chose did not work in the room, I spoke with a customer service rep. who got me started and followed through with the process seamlessly. The new color (dark grey)and fabric (micro fibra) are perfect. The quality is great. You get what you pay for! Also everything was handled in a timely manner! Many thanks!

I have mixed opinions about these products.
Positives:
The covers fit my furniture nicely
They are easy to wash
The red color is the same across 3 chairs and a sofa
The dogs have not torn them at all in 6 months of heavy use
Nice to touch
Negatives:
Separate cushion covers,are a necessity because the cardboard triangles don't stay in place and the dogs ate them
Elastic strings shed from the fabric posing a,tangle or swallow risk to pets
As the elastic sheds out the cover doesn't fit as well

The measurement guide really helped me…
The measurement guide really helped me determine which cover would fit! The cover fits so perfectly on our sectional couch, the elastic clips keep it snug and the cardboard tubes really make it look like a couch rather than a couch that’s been covered!!! It has stayed in place even with two dogs jumping on it! I am very pleased with this purchase and recommended it to friends with kids and pets!!!

The hassle of it, is not worth the price (Non-Refundable)
While the cover itself is very nice and fit my large sectional, it was the constant having to keep pushing the folded cardboard back down into the cushion everytime someone got up that was very frustrating. So, after giving it a good try for a couple weeks I decided the cover was not going to work for me and I wanted to return it and quickly found out that because the package was opened and cover used that it was not eligible to return so now I am out almost $300.00. I am not sure how the company expects anyone to know if they need to return the item if they don’t get a chance to first try it out.

Eligible returns: must be unused, unwashed, free of stains or pet hair, and in original packaging with all tags and instructions.
Non-returnable: if the item is used, laundered, soiled, or missing packaging/tags.

$15 flat fee for a prepaid UPS label (continental U.S.)

The shipping time line was great and the quality thus far is impressive.
The only issue was trying to follow the instructions to install. Using the scan code for installation was much better and easier. Maybe a paper note to indicate to use the tag as the back of the sofa and work your way down.
