Excellent when it worked
Excellent when it worked, returned my mower is it would not switch on. Three weeks later and the same response, ‘We will urge our technicians to prioritize your machine and expedite the process’.
At what point do they give up and simply replace the machine?

The robot lawnmower didn’t work initially but mammotion got it working in the end
I bought this for my mum, she’s 76. It didn’t work initially because the lawnmower wouldn’t connect to the phone since it kept saying it was bound to another device. However after some lengthy discussions and exchanges with the customer service they did manage to resolve the issue by unbinding the robot lawnmower from this mystery device to allow me to connect it and get it working.
Now that it’s up and working the little robot does a good job. It cuts the grass neatly and quietly and when it’s finished it goes back to its charging station. It allows you to get on with other things whilst it cuts the grass.

Very misleading
Very misleading. I purchased a yuka 2000 and the picture and all the videos clearly showed it comes with a sweeper kit, only to receive a mower without it. Customer service offered me a set of blades as a gesture of good will, they cant be serious...

Shocker
I all honesty I cannot recommend this product. I ordered one and there was a considerable delay in delivery. The company did offer me a free set of cutting blades When the machine arrived I assembled it as per the instructions and it worked for 90minutes before failing. String of error messages and there was no way of getting it to complete the first complete mow. I spent hours taking pictures of the machine, the box and downloading logs. This was requested by the company. Eventually they decid e the unit had to be returned. I repacked the machine which was a considerable effort. They arranged pick up which was cancelled at the last minute the mower now sits in my hall as the next pick up appointment could not be arranged for over a week. The company have replied to emails and have tried to help but my overall impression is that this is a poor product supported by atrocious logistics. Shop around or ideally get a local company to come and install a mower

My Luba 3 arrived yesterday and broke within a day
My Luba 3 arrived yesterday. I was so excited to get started with it, but it broke after 2 hours of use. The Luba failed to connect with the front-bumper, meaning I can’t use it anymore. Really sad. The connector to the front bumper seems broken, as it is completely loose. So disappointed by the experience. I have opened a ticket and now waiting for an answer. I am expecting to receive a new one. Mammotion please try to solve this asap, more than happy to delete/change this review after a good handling of this complaint.

Good hardware ruined by poor software.
The hardware is great. But the software is bad.
There's one reason for this : there's no user feedback channel.
It's just impossible for a user to point problems. They just don't care.
The interface is bloated with useless constraints for exemple : a no go zone must be completely inside an allowed zone, so you can't reduce a zone if there's a new object along its sides. Typical of a developers in their office bubble.
Note that their answer to my review doesn't include a link to post feedback. So it's doomed to stay bad.

Really poor customer service
The robot was great to start with. But the battery has failed at less than 12 months old, and the customer service is really poor. I’ve contacted Mammotion four times now to resolve the issue and every time I’ve been told that someone will get back to me, but they haven’t. I cannot recommend this company.

Customer service experience
I order a Mammotion Yuka 600 mini and realised that I should of bought the Mammotion Yuka 800 mini as its bigger battery capacity was actually perfect for my lawn and got intouch with Mammotion customer service and asked if I could change my order 24 hours after a purchased.
They were able to intercept my Yuka 600 mini order and stop the shipment.
They then went ahead and initialised a refund for my order and I then went ahead and ordered the Mammotion Yuka 800 mini and it was out fir delivery the next day.
Customer service was outstanding 👏
So far I'm very impressed with the companies sales department and I am looking forward to receiving my Yuka 800 mini and will then give a review on setup and its operation
Although from what I've seen on video reviews and written reviews, The Mammotion lawnmowing robots are second to none in the world and have been for years.

Strong cutting performance undermined…
Strong cutting performance undermined by poor reliability and slow support
I purchased two units to replace my old Toro 325D and reduce the time spent mowing a ~10,000 m² lawn. I considered Yarbo, but its European pricing was unjustifiable, so I chose this instead.
Initial experience:
Setup was simple and cutting quality is genuinely excellent. When operating correctly, the mower is precise and delivers a very clean result. Unfortunately, day-to-day operation is affected by recurring GPS errors (leaving work zones, entering no-go areas), unreliable Wi-Fi despite strong coverage, poor camera quality, docking failures, and unnecessary obstacle detections.
Reliability & support:
Reliability has been unacceptable. Across two units, I experienced three major hardware failures in the first season alone (cutting motor and wheel hub motor errors). Each failure required return for repair, leaving me without a mower for multiple weeks during peak growing season.
Customer support is courteous but extremely slow and poorly coordinated. Shipping labels routinely took 6–9 days, communication was inconsistent, and basic logistical errors occurred—such as being asked to send in mowers already received, or being told a unit was delivered to my home when it was actually sent back to the repair center. Despite repeated assurances, I never received repair reports explaining what was fixed or replaced.

Very poor Customer Service!
I bought a Mammotion Luba AWD 800 series costing £950 as a surprise Christmas present for my husband. Although delighted with it on examination he realised that the item is totally unsuitable for our needs. We have a small lawn surrounded by overhanging trees and there is NO outside power source. On contacting Mammotion they requested pictures of the mower and invoice details which Insent. Even though the item is unused and still in in its original box NO refund would be made because the 30 day returns rule had elapsed. I explained that it had to be ordered in mid November in order to arrive by Christmas. However, the Customer Services continue team continue to hide behind the 30 day policy. I feel very frustrated and badly let down by the company and have a very expensive mower which is of no use to us. Surely common sense must prevail?
They have received their money and seem very happy to leave it at that.

I encountered challenges with my LUBA 2 AWD 5000HX, particularly when trying to operate it several yards away from the base. Upon reaching out to customer service, I received exceptional support from Jennifer and Lea. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, they confidently instructed me to return the mower and all its accessories to Mammotion, with the return shipping costs fully covered by them. I was impressed by the staff’s consistent communication throughout the process, which made the return seamless and efficient.
