This is a criminal enterprise. They continue to bill you when you cancel and then they threaten you with fines. Good luck trying to talk to anyone because they send you between THREE different numbers (Dordrecht, Haarlem & Rotterdam). Avoid these clowns at all costs and just use a local plumber for maintenance.
Very sad company, they never send info that they would fuse with the maintenance company I had my service contract with. Old engineers came and checked for service maintenance. And a month later they send a last reminder that I have an open unpaid invoice which a never received, nor did we know why the invoice and it was never told what materials they used during the checkup. So very lousy and poor communication. After sending mail, we got an reply full of assumptions. Anyway I am going tot break the contract with them, I don't like get confronted with and last warnings about things I have no notice from.
5 WEEKS with broken, rental CV ketel. Machine broke on 10th December, on first visit sensor was changed, and as it didn't help engineer said it's the control panel - will be ordered and someone will come to install. Nope, nothing was ordered and another "na controle" visit planned. Two other visits to change cables etc - still the same problem with CV ketel can't regulate itself and shutting down. Call waiting times 45+ minutes, no response to formal complaint.
