Not a good company to do business with

Not a good company to do business with. I placed an order on 12/19/25 with shipping said to be within 3-5 business days. I received a confirmation email saying that my order was received but I haven’t received anything since. I have been on their website chat attempting to receive a status update. No response. I sent e-mails to support on 12/30, 1/4, & 1/19 requesting a status update. No response. I want my product I ordered or my money back.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM! BEWARE!! If you need to return or exchange your product they will SCAM you out of your money!!! I bought a trio bracelet for my husband for Christmas. It fit too large so I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size. They sent me the return label and I sent back the bracelets in the original box I had received them. After many weeks of emails back and forth asking about the status of my exchange, the customer service rep named MILOS, informed me that I had sent them an EMPTY BOX!! I responded requesting to please investigate further, as I most definitely had NOT sent an empty box back. MILOS never responded to my emails again. So now I am out of the bracelets AND my money. They are SCAMMERS, please do not buy from this CROOKED company!!

Overall one of the best companies I’ve dealt with

I’ve ordered from them on 3 different occasions and I’ve never had any issues until the last time I ordered which was on 12/5/22. I placed this order and shipping wasn’t delayed or anything. I received the item when they said I would. The only issue is that when I got the item, it was hanging out of the cardboard box used to ship it in. It was not placed directly into the black man-ique pouch so it’s possible it could have fallen out during delivery. My only suggestion is to have the item(s) placed directly into the pouch so that there’s no risk of the item falling out or greater risk of the item becoming damaged during shipping and delivery.

They are absolutely horrible

Second of all you probably left more than 20 emails and all of them were to not resolve the problem, they were all emails trying to sell me more of your tacky jewelry with 5 and 10% coupons. So you can disagree all you want but I'm still stuck with the bracelet that I tried to return.
...... They are absolutely horrible. They take your money, never get back to you with any answers if you try contacting them which is virtually impossible. There is no phone number to reach them, when you email them you never hear back, the only thing you ever hear is more sales emails trying to sell you things from their ugly and tacky ass jewelry. Return something??? Forget about it. You have a better chance of seeing God. Very disappointed in them

Hi Joe, we just have to disagree and mark this claim as untrue. I have attached photos as proof that since sending you initial return instructions, we have sent a follow-up and sent more than 20 emails after that, sometimes in batches so you can clearly see them and not miss them.

Anyone can open the link, you as well, and see how many and what type of emails were sent.

UPDATE: Those claims are simply not true. The link with screenshots can be opened.

24th of December - 1st return instructions sent
3rd of January - 1st follow-up and a reply to different email notifying about the return instructions and email
4th of January - sending proof to the customer
6th of January - sending another proof
6th of January - intentionally sending a batch of 10 same emails with return instructions so we can be sure that the customer sees them

Customer Service Got it Right

We purchased a necklace which broke within the first 2 weeks. I was disappointed when no one responded to my first email to customer service, but when I tried again about a month later I got an immediate response. I sent them some pictures of the broken clasp, and they sent me a new necklace right away. Very pleased with this final transaction, even if it took a bit to get there. Hopefully the new knecklace clasp will hold!

Looks nice not to flashy but just enough.

Good product. It’s not to flashy but just enough for me. One thing that worries me in the band, idk how long it will hold up from stretching on and off the hand. But they do have a warranty. I am happy with the purchase!
