one on one coaching is not as helpful as expected. Coach had no plan at all. For some sessions, it was a waste of money and time. And the coach kinda discouraged me in our very first session because the coach didnt believe I have the ability to pass the interview..??? If so why I am buying all your services...

The administrative team was good. Fast reply and attentive.

The resume and cover letter edit was average. Without one on one discussion, the editor tends to make a lot assumption when doing editing. I understand they have to make assumptions otherwise they cannot finish editing in two rounds. But if there is a 30 mins or so session to talk through the comments/experiences, this problem can be solved.

It seems other firms have facebook/slack/whats app group. Not sure if MC has it but I did not see one. It's hard to connect with other ones in their program and I had to find case partners else where.

Overall, I would not recommend their coaching service. But I think they recorded videos are good. They have very good articles published online, and based on the info from other comments here, I guess it's actually from their interns...If thats the case, no wonder why their actual coaching ability doesnt match their articles quality.

Management consulted changed the way I prepped for my written case interview. They made me feel confident and prepared with skills I did not have before the Excel and PPT course.

I enjoyed the sessions and found them to be quite helpful and extremely informative! Especially the networking session! I just hoped the Black Belt experience would be slightly longer than 4 weeks for the price.

I highly recommend Management Consulted over the other consulting prep resources available out there:
1) Interesting and intuitive training materials, perfect for beginners to get a grasp on the consulting interview as well as the underlying knowledges, without getting pigeon holed in the technicalities
2) Highly experienced, capable, and helpful coaches; you get 1-on-1 coaching sessions from ex-McKinsey, ex-BCG, and ex-Bain consultants and you'll see yourself progress rapidly
3) Great networking opportunities, both with consultants (coaches and guest speakers) and fellow aspiring consultants. You will stay on top of information and trends in the industry, as well as make a few friends!

It was easy to reach the coach I selected. Though there was some miscommunication on the specific coaching I wanted, he was quick to pivot and gave me a case that was a welcome challenge.

Folks at Management Consulted did a great job revising my super academic resume to a business-friendly one, and providing me excellent coaching for how to approach the resume and cover letter writing process. My resume looks entirely different and so much more informative than before. The first round involved receiving feedback on how to add more information to the existing resume, and then I had a coaching session with Lisa, who talked me through how to think about my various academic experiences and translate them to business. The second round consisted of them improving the language and focusing the documents. I don't think I would have been able to get it to be so focused by just following advice I found on various sites / career offices, and I'm glad I hired them!

To be honest, was a bit disappointing and again this is for feedback purposes in the hope to improve the internship program and mentorship for the future.

The online content has been really fascinating but I had an incident in the internship where my analysis was taken and published as theirs with my consents. Also, the mentorship regarding the job search strategy was not too useful for me.

Participated in the "Fit Intensive" series in June 2020 and was able to immediately utilize the guidance. Thank you, Management Consulted!

Management Consulted is an excellent program to help you get on the right track with developing your case interview skills. From learning about different case interview frameworks to essential skills that will help you secure an interview and succeed on the job, the comprehensive system is value-packed.

Nothing much is there in the Fit Interview session that you don’t know already or that you won’t working with your career coach at school. Only thing is that MC gives the option of checking your responses to select 4 fit questions, provided you submit your response within a day of the session.

I’m only halfway through but I honestly could not rate this highly enough

I have learned what it takes to break into management consulting. My university paid for my membership and the content provided is amazing. Love it.
