Well, where can I even start? I cannot fault this company, or their products, at all. I have myself a Serenity robe, which is incredible quality and is far superior to any dry robe I’ve worn previously. I therefore bought a Meraki robe for a Christmas present for a loved one. Unfortunately, the courier had not delivered the parcel (it had been sat in their depot for over 2 weeks) when I contacted Manao Anu themselves to explain the problem as I hadn’t received my order. They handled the situation amazingly, trying in vain over several days to contact the courier but to no avail. So that I would be sure to receive my order before Christmas, they sent out a replacement and even to a different address so that I didn’t have to worry about not receiving it before travelling back home to family. Their communication and efforts in solving this problem has been the best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Not only are their products of the highest standard, as humans they are empathetic, caring and have the customer at the heart of everything they do. I will never look anywhere else again and I’ll be spreading the word far and wide about what an incredible company they are. Thank you so much x

I bought a serenity robe in the summer as I was doing a lot of outdoor swimming. This robe is not only stylish but easy to wear and change in and out of a swimming costume. Its so cozy , has loads of room and pockets. I love the little messages that were included in the parcel. This is a very special company who not only think of the environment but put their customers first. They are a wonderful example of people who truly care about the environment and the people that buy their products. Ive ordered 2 beanies which I have yet to open - definitely worth the wait! I think this dry robe is worth the money and is well priced compared to others.

Absolutely amazing product! I’ve had it for around a month and I don’t know how I lived without it! It’s super snug and freakishly waterproof (I lasted an entire 2 hours in the pouring rain before it even began to creep in) and above all it’s absolutely beautiful! I ummed and ahhed for a while as the first colourway is just not a colour that suits me and I was a bit nervous about my lifestyle (muddy!) and a light coloured coat but I can safely say as someone who gets it dirty every use, it’s the easiest thing to clean ever! Absolutely top product!!

This is one of my best purchases ever. I am not a surfer I bought this as my winter coat and it is the best coat I've ever had and usually I spend well in the region of £300 for a decent winter coat so this was an absolute bargain. I get compliments every day. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking for a new change robe and Manao Anu caught my eye as I loved the company ethos (made from recycled bottles)

I'd been following them in Instagram for a while and reached out before ordering for some more information. They were super friendly and quick to respond.

I placed the order which arrived quickly. The robe itself is stunning to look at. Compared to my old change robe this one feels quite heavy (in a good way), the lining is really warm and there are so many pockets!

Overall an amazing company with an amazing product. Highly recommend and can't wait to wrap up in my new robe in the winter after a cold swim 💕

I ordered a dry robe for my daughter's birthday ordered a medium however it was too big. I emailed Gav and he explained how to return it for an exchange which arrived and is a perfect fit. My daughter can't wait to use it. The service and help from your company was great . I loved the letter inside the coat it was a nice personal touch .

I recently purchased one of the Serenity Robes and I have to say its the best purchase I have made this year. Absolutely top quality, so warm and so aesthetically pleasing! Had been searching a changing robe for post outdoor swim and to change outdoors, post trail run. Saw this on insta and just loved the brand and message. The colour is fabulous. It’s toasty warm and love all the pocket options. Messaged a few times via Instagram to query best size. Even sent photos after delivery to show sizing and check it was the best size/fit. First class customer service. Loved the little message cards discovered in the pocket. Lovely little touch. Such attention to detail all round. So pleased I got this coat.

I have recently got into cold water therapy and I’ve been looking for a robe aesthetically pleasing and this is it! Fantastic product- love it.

I've just received my serenity robe from Manao anu and what can I say? It's beautiful!! I've followed this brand since it's conception and I was so excited to order my own. The quality is incredible, the design and look is so stylish, it's wind proof and waterproof. We do alot of hiking up hills so this is the perfect coat for the job. It will keep you warm at the top of a hill or while camping. A massive plus for this coat is that it has pockets galore (ladies you won't be disappointed, we love our pockets) Above all it's a beautiful brand to be a part of and shares an incredible important message of having a healthy mindset :)

The new Manao Anu serenity robe is amazing. They look great in pictures and even better in real life. The quality is far superior to the leading brands down the the smallest of details. It’s so warm and cosy and perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend this small family business and their quality product!

The Serenity Dry Robe is just amazing. Manaoanu team helped me through the purchase process to get the right size for my wife . It fits perfectly and she can not wait to get to the beach for swimming. Great quality product and looks great too. I have never had better customer service of a business keeping us informed of delivery- if only every business was as well run!! Keep up the good work
