Ordered set of sheets weeks ago
Ordered set of sheets weeks ago. I have a message saying they have been delivered but they haven't. trying to contact them is not working either. They don't have a phone number or rather the phone numbers they do have says the number is no longer being answered. I have left 3 messages on the response form and still no reply.

Sorry to hear about the issue you're experiencing. Unfortunately, we no longer have a customer service phone number to contact us hence the message you have heard on the number you have rung. All customer service enquiries must go via our email portal.
I am unsure to why your contact form submissions have not been received however our customer service turn around is normally within 24 hours once a request is received. There may be a issue with the form which we shall investigate.
In future I recommend to give customer service a email instead at speaktous@manchesterfactory.com.au and ensure you have received a confirmation email back to ensure your email was indeed received.
