Had a broken iphone 4. I think because so old my insurance company didnt even require me to send off to them.

Anyhow asked the Q and these guys said they would take a look for free. nothing to lose. Fixed. £30. Cant fault them.

I would just like to say that while In theory the service provided is unique and potentially extremely useful, I haven't actually managed to experience it yet, despite a premature thank you email.
I had arranged a technician for Tuesday, he said he would come that afternoon, admittedly I texted him to say due to an emergency I had to pop out, but was back in time regardless. He didn't reply for hours and then said he had to rearrange. I rescheduled for today, I even text to ask him to confirm a time... And I quote "i've got a few on today Alex will get to you this afternoon ", I again pushed him for a vague time... nothing. So I had to wait in all day for him, finally I got a text at half five claiming he couldn't come because he was "out of the city" First of all, I cannot believe that he had no idea that he would be "out of the city"until half five in the evening, so why leave me waiting knowing full well he couldn't make it? Furthermore, why was I left waiting the longest after previously being cancelled on with no explanation??
This is disgusting customer service.

Smashed my screen on my iphone. Had it repaired in 24 hours at my workplace and wasn't without a phone ever. Excellent

I got the phone repaired by Matt, everything seemed to be fine so he left...after about half an hour I noticed a strange glare had come on...tried changing brightness settings etc but no effect. Texted matt to advise and he said he would come back to fix it next time I was available. Have texted him twice since and heard nothing back what so ever. Was hoping problem would fade but it hasn't.

They were very helpful and reliable. Turned up on time and replaced the glass on the phone swiftly. Matt was very polite and was very professional. I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks

My daughters phone needed a new speaker, matt was very profesional, came to our home and looked at the phone gave it a MOT. Very good service would recommend to anyone and the added bonus he comes to your home for no added charge is brilliant..!!

Quick and efficient service my daughters phone had to go away for additional work but was done quick and reasonable hand delivered back to my home all working as it should!

The service was what I required and what was equally delivered. It was explained over the phone to me what would happen and they delivered exactly.
Would recommend.

Smashed front screen of an Iphone 5. Had reservations regarding which company on the net to use, mainly worried about whether the replacement parts would be good and whether the phone would work properly afterwards. I contacted the company via phone number on the website as they claimed to use genuine quality parts. Also, a lot of companies did not advertise to fix Iphone 5. I made arrangements for a mutually convenient appointment but unfortunately the engineer got delayed on another job so had to postpone slightly. At the appointed time the engineer appeared at work as arranged, was very pleasant and carried out repair in front of me. Unfortunately, the first part he fitted turned out to be faulty which was explained to me and then another part was obtained, fitted and tested. All in all a successfull outcome, phone now working fine.
