My experiences at Manchester private hospital
My previous experiences have been extremely disappointing. I underwent two surgeries with my first surgeon and was left deeply upset after both surgeries . Following this, I felt increasingly disregarded rather than supported. I experienced repeated cancellations of appointments and surgery dates, and when I continued to raise concerns about the outcome of both surgeries, I was eventually told that nothing more could be done for me. After going through two operations, I found the whole experience incredibly upsetting and felt that my concerns were no longer being taken seriously. That I didn’t matter.
My experience with Nabila Nasir, however, has been completely different. From the beginning, I felt listened to, understood and reassured. She took the time to understand what I had been through and how much it had affected me. I just wanted to feel normal again, and Nabila understood that. For the first time, I felt completely confident that my concerns were being heard and that I was in the right hands.
I am now genuinely delighted with my corrective surgery, Nabila has been professional, caring and supportive throughout, and the care I have received from her and her team has restored my confidence. After everything I had previously experienced, being able to finally say that I am happy and I feel normal, this means a great deal to me.
I cannot thank Nabila Nasir enough for the difference she has made to my experience and for giving me my confidence back that I am truly happy with.

I recently had VASER liposuction with fat grafting, and I genuinely couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish.
Dr Fiore is an exceptional surgeon. From the initial consultation, he took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail gave me total confidence, and I’m so pleased with my results.
A huge thank you to Fernanda, who carried out my Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) massages after surgery. She has been absolutely amazing throughout my recovery. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and professional, and her treatments made a real difference to my healing by helping reduce swelling and improve my comfort. Every appointment was reassuring, and I always felt in the best hands.
I’d also like to thank Dionne, who organised everything throughout the process. Communication was excellent from the beginning, and she made the whole journey smooth, stress-free, and well organised. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The level of care and support before, during, and after my surgery has been outstanding. I always felt valued as a patient and never felt like just another number. Awful aftercare
Great surgeon. Awful aftercare.
Twice now MPH have had my review removed after they’ve responded to my review because they don’t like the comments I’ve made. They keep saying I’ve used personal information but I haven’t! In my first review I mentioned my surgeons names in a positive way but after they’ve responded responded I added further information about the way my complaint was dealt with and I mentioned the job title of the person who had handled my complaint in a really poor manner and they stated I had used personal information so my reviews were removed.
They obviously don’t like negative comments being made about them despite those comments being accurate and honest so will continue to challenge through TrustPilot to have my reviews removed but I will keep adding them. As previously stated, the surgeons who did my lipedema removal were great but the aftercare was absolutely disgusting and sue to their incompetence I ended up being treated in A&E. I would not recommend the hospital due to this and the fact they take no wonder ship when things go wrong!
Update following their response below. TrustPilot only investigate reviews if you ask them to so this is not on TrustPilot but on yourselves for telling them I included personal information when I didn’t. My review was live for a couple of days and then you challenged it! No doubt you will challenge this review as well.
You did not deal with my complaint, instead you made excuses as to why you didn’t carry out a simple blood test during my appointment. Instead you delayed my treatment by telling me everything was fine and referring me back to my GP. You need to take more ownership of aftercare before someone ends up in a serious conduction which they don’t recover from!
For clarity, my complaint has not been resolved, you have just decided to send me a final response.

Reverse otoplasty is an uncommon and technically challenging procedure performed to correct ears that have been overcorrected following previous otoplasty surgery.
Unlike standard otoplasty, which is designed to reduce ear prominence, reverse otoplasty aims to partially reverse the previous correction by restoring a more natural projection of the ears. As this procedure involves undoing the effects of previous surgery, the outcome is inherently less predictable. Patients should also be aware that the degree of correction achieved is often more subtle than that seen with primary prominent ear correction surgery.
As your surgery took place only two weeks ago, it is still too early to accurately assess or confirm the final postoperative outcome. Healing and tissue settling continue for several weeks and, in many cases, several months following surgery. During this time, the appearance of the ears can continue to change as swelling resolves and the tissues mature.
We will continue to support you throughout your recovery and would encourage you to attend your scheduled postoperative follow-up appointments. These reviews allow the clinical team to monitor your healing, assess your progress, and address any concerns you may have at the appropriate stage of your recovery.
