Careful! Not a reliable brand. Customer service replies once a week at best
On the 5th of October 2022, I bought 2 pieces of clothing from this brand and paid around 300 euro by credit card. Got a confirmation email from them afterwards. They then disappeared and after a week I sent them an email to get an update - no reply. They then replied saying they were having issues with the shipments. I contacted them again after more than 20 days (13 business days) and they were no where to be found. I tried on Instagram, Whatsapp, email. They then replied after a few hours sending me a refund which I didn't want. Incredible. Now I have an event coming up and dodn't have the outfit I planned for it. After nearly a month of waiting... please be careful. I didn't lose any money, but now I'm in a rush to get something on top of having wasted 5 hours of my time trying to get a reply from them.
They should have notified me, since on the website it says that they ship in 10 business days max.
Very disappointed.
