I hired Mandasa Technologies to help with eCommerce SEO and performance marketing, but the entire experience left me disappointed and frustrated. Communication was poor and often delayed. There were missed deadlines, vague updates, and very little to show in terms of actual results or improved performance. The person named, pankaj was so unprofessional.

Despite giving the team multiple chances and enough time to deliver, the strategy never felt clear or data-driven, and I saw no real progress in rankings, traffic, or ROI. For a service that’s supposed to enhance online visibility, it felt like I was left in the dark most of the time.

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend their SEO services based on my experience. I hope they improve their approach and client communication in the future.

They are frauds, they took 60k of my money in Advance to develop a Website and didn't complete. The guy named Pankaj and his entire team is useless, ill mannered. No wirds to describe thr pathetic service. Guys save your time and hard earned money

We have used Mandasa tech for couple website coding modifications and my experience working with the team has been wonderful. Issue or project always completed within the stated timeframe and communication is excellence.

Mandasa Technologies are fast to respond and fast to deliver. If there is any issue with the delivery, they are happy and fast to fix it the way you intended. This is the fourth project we have worked with them and I am sure to continue in the future.

Final result was okay. But there were quite a number of bumps on they way there. Quality control should be improved. The 3 stars is because they solved the job and the issues in the end.

Overall my experience with Mandasa has been outstanding and I recommend them to anyone for any service regarding Shopify.
I will use them again and again for any of my work

I hired this company to fix the categories on my Shopify store. I said later I would like to redesign my website. They require payment up front. I paid no problem. They told me 10-15 working days to have it finalized. They started redesigning my website. I told them ok it's not what I wanted to do but since we are here is the design that I am looking for. They never did the design I asked. Over a month later they have still not done the categories that are high importance. They scheduled a second online call, the woman I was speaking to on zoom did not listen to me once and was working on other websites during our meeting. Notifications were coming up that her credit card was declined. I told them I would like a refund and I cannot continue to work with them. They then recategorized the products as asked in the first email. They refunded me 300. I paid 300 to add a few categories. I turned them in to PayPal and have been receiving non stop harassing texts: text after text being called names. I think it is possibly a language issue but also total unprofessional and a fraud company.

Reached out to them to o make some custom changes to our Shopify store. They got it done quickly. Prompt communication. Highly recommend.
