Excellent service yet again from Colin in the tyre shop👌 Fitted a tyre to my loose wheel in 5 minutes flat and even brought it out and loaded it into the boot of my car for me👍 Had many years of excellent service from M&S - well done👏👏👏

Avoid if you can and if you can't, ask for the price upfront to avoid unexpected charges. I was charged a lot more than anywhere else would have but I chose M and S because they were closer and I expected around the same price. I'll go out of my way from now on.

They tried to nick my bike when we just got of the ferry. Kicked my whole steering system out of whack. Upon hearing my story they got to work and fixed my bike within an hour and for less than 20 pounds!!! They saved our trip, can't thank them enough.

I would recommend this shop to everyone :)

Great service by all at M&S especially the service department.
My Himalayan needed service and upgraded camshaft. Steve did a good job with both.

Avoid at all costs, if you really care about your bike.. these motorcycle dealers are careless & untrusting to say the very least, my bike was damaged on the tank by these people when in there workshop for replacement with new tyres a pads.. at a cost of (£422) and to get my bike back damaged.. these people call themselves professionals "bloody serious joke" i can say, I got no sense nor honesty from customer services when i approached them about the damage to my tank, these people are an absolute ripoff and untrusting and very unprofessonal to say the very least, please take a video or photographs of your bikes condition before and after when considering leaving with any dealers, this is really your only hope of any comeback with these type of criminals, people AVOID M&S MOTORCYCLES WESTGATE RD NEWCASTLE AT ALL COST.. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR BIKE..makes me laugh when the amount of well over rated reviews from people/customers who think there getting a service from criminals like M&S MOTORCYCLES hence the praisels I'm seeing on the reviews

Excellent service second time I've bought a bike from them cannot fault anybody Gary goes out of his way to help you just a nice experience and a friendly service from everybody highly recommend.

Just had my Z1000sx in for service and 1st MOT. The team are superb here and nothing is a problem.

I have purchased numerous bikes and accessories from M&S Motorcycles over the years and have nothing but praise for them.

I read some of the negative reviews and wonder if the person has actually dealt with them as they sound nothing like the excellent level of service I have received.

Waste of time visiting. They have a notice on the front door stating they only accept visitors by appointment and then via the back door. Other dealers in the area are all open. If seems they don't want any custom.

I bought outsinding Suzuki Intruder, beautiful machine, as a gift to my habby. Well orginised surprise.
However, Gary was extremely polite, very helpful, transaction went smooth without any problem. Above that he orginised delivery. Bike came even earlier that day. Very happy for my purches.

I too, have taken this company to court and won. Warranty off them is none existent on used bikes and customer services and bike sales are possibly the worst company I've dealt with. They don't have the Honda and KTM dealership anymore - which is a good thing.
As another review states "avoid", I would stay well clear.
(Clothing department and parts department are nice fella's, and will actually look after you). Still wouldn't buy a bike off them though.

.... The customer service (after sale / after care) here is less than nil out of 10, and in my opinion and experience these lot should be completely avoided for your own good .... i made the mistake of buying a brand new bike from them. It's all giggles and winks until something at their end goes wrong. After the initial back and forth court appearances, it then eventually took a long and drawn out court case to get to the bottom of what should have been an easy warranty claim. MandS lost the court case on all points. I would suggest that you do an online check of your own for other numerous or random County Court Judgements against these lot .... After winning the case, their payment did not arrive in time, so it then took an expensive visit from the High Court Sheriff's to eventually extract the money out of them, then there's the 14 days after that before you get the money .... If you buy a bike and part with your money after reading this and if something does go wrong, you'll unfortunately only have yourself to blame .... i do hope that this post saves at least one person from the trauma that i had to go through .... MandS also seem to know the County Court admin process and rules very well (i wonder why ?), if you do have to take them to County Court, be prepared for some very frustrating time wasting tactics .... just stick with it and keep going, hopefully, like me, you'll get there in the end .... I've never had a County Court judgement myself, but I've an idea that satisfied (paid in full) County Court judgements from lost cases may only have a short lifespan on a public record .... I don't have FartBurp (Facebook) and have no personal requirement for likes, but if this has helped you, the thumbs up option makes this a more popular post to therefore hopefully help other bikers ....
