I've made two orders and it took a couple weeks to ship but everything got here safely and accurately. They were also transparent that the reason it took a while to ship was because there was an item in my order being delayed at customs. I like their products so I don't mind waiting as long as there is communication.

Had such a horrible experience with them. It was my first time but I wasn't nervous like I usually would be cause it seemed like it had good reviews, an influencer or two ordering from them, tons of followers on IG. But I got such a bad impression from them that I will not be ordering again. They had such an amazing Black Friday sale with freebies and everything. I was excited and ready. Saw them giving tutorials of how it'll go down, info ahead of time, and everything. But they messed up so badly. They messed up the amount of freebies to be given and so many of us didn't get the freebie we wanted. They gave other options like choosing to get a 20% coupon for next order or a choice between two lame freebies. Both of which were not equivalent to the original freebie I wanted that they originally offered. They notified a day late and who knows how long it'll take for me to get my money back. If they said something earlier, I could've shopped somewhere else before Black Friday sales ended. They take quite a while to respond to DMs too. Their website was causing so many issues as well. I understand it is a small business, websites will lag a bit, mistakes happen, but this was absolutely ridiculous. As understanding as I am (sometimes too much according to people), this is not something I am willing to be understanding about. I don't how people like their service. I'm so disappointed that I literally sat crying for a bit. Maybe it was a one time thing, maybe they have better service usually but this first impression I got from them ruined it. I will not be buying from them unfortunately.

I love Mandu deco i have ordered from Them 3 times and there is only one “bad” thing abort it and that is the shipping takes a long time but thar is just becuse i live far away but all the time i wouth it + it always comes with freebies 💕✨

Zero customer service via email or their preferred “instagram dm” contact. Cannot get any response to query on where my order from 2 weeks ago is. Going to have to issue a credit card
