So far, I’m not impressed or satisfied at all. I still have yet to receive my product and it’s been almost 2 weeks. This is probably a scam so I’m gonna be asking my credit card company for my money back.
P.S… the company replied they look into my order. Again, haven’t heard a word back. Do not purchase from these people. It’s a scam!

I have been waiting for my order for the past 3 weeks still not received , emailed them few times and had one respond that my order is on its way , i can check that the order is setting in Florida for the past week and when i email them no respond . customer service is 0 and this will be my last time that i order with them .

So far not so great of an experience. I placed the order 12 days ago and per the USPS tracking number, it still has not yet shipped.

I’ve yet to receive my shipment.

Great product. Been using Toppik for years and think they complement each other.
However, i ordered Mid Brown as i use medium brown in all other products but it's too light so need to use Dark Brown.
I sent a message to CS to exchange the product i have from Mid for Dark.

Not happy. Order took ages to arrive and the sealant spray that I paid for was not included in the package. I used the product regardless using hairspray to set. The mess it left on my pillow is disgusting. I won't be re-purchasing. Would like a refund in all honestly.

It took almost a month to receive and the spay is noting more than a color coverup which I could have purchased at any pharmacy or Amazon for half the price.

I haven’t received delivery after several weeks.

I ordered 2 spray bottles.
Tried it once, does not work well on my hair.
I've sent 3 emails asking for a refund and not getting a response back.
All within the 7-day period of receiving the product.
Just want my money back.
What an absolutely awful experience this has been.
You can't even call anyone there.

Worst customer service experience I've ever dealt with.

The hair fiber container did not have a spray nozzle so I can not use it.

it is ink in a can it stains your skin its garbage

Ordered this product, waited several days for ANY update-- only getting one after I reached out. Sent an instagram message but it wasn't answered. Emailed response finally came in. You blame the Canada Post strike-- but that has been going on for weeks, why would you still use them- Plus you say ships in "3-5" business days, false advertising! Will be warning others about this company.

This is the second can of hair thickening spray that seems to be defective I purchased from Mane. Instead of adding color and volume, it leaves a chalky residue on both my hair and scalp. Customer response to my concern was that it's not to be used on your skin. Well if I have thinning hair, how do you avoid the scalp? Additionally, the same chalk is on my hair... looks like someone sprayed flour on it. Completely worthless.

It’s not as good as I hoped for, it does seem to cover and thicken a little but not great. Plus it has a dull grey color with no shine at all. I guess I would rate it a C at best.

You sent me jet black. I ordered medium brown.

I don’t like it. It’s thickens the hair but the misty spray spreads all over the forehead and ears and difficult to control. It stays on the face even if you wipe it. I am going to return the product.

Sent wrong items after I told them to send something else. Now is charging me for the return to fix their mistake
