Unreliable inventory
I ordered a pair of boots on their website on January 31st, with an expected delivery time of 5-8 days. By February 11th, I had still not received a shipping tracking link, so I reached out to Customer Support. They informed me that the boots were actually out of stock.
I find this completely unprofessional. It’s frustrating that they didn’t proactively inform me about the stock issue and that it took me reaching out first to find out.
A simple update from their side would have been much appreciated.
