Rubbish- waste of money

Bought these boots less than 10 days ago and Worn them about half an hour.
👉 The leather lost the form, and scratched in front, and the heels broke (the shoes is not symmetric anymore) and the glue is loose in the side. The shoes are not balanced and hurt my ankle.

I asked the store for a refund. One shop in Kalverstraat, the woman completely ignored me. Another one, Matthieu gave me these insulting responses.
- We don’t see any problem.
- You came here with a bad faith.
- you damaged the shoes by walking on the ground!!!
- Ask the shoe repair shop to fix it for you.
- We give you another pair, MAYBE another one doesn’t have the same issues.
I wasted money and was inured and insulted for 154 euros!
I do not buy shoes that last for 30 minutes. I want a refund.
