Repeatedly sending larger sizes

Last year, they accepted the order for one size and sent four sizes too big. I did not realise that it was not my mistake. This year, they have done precisely the same thing and the size I ordered is now out of stock. Impossible to create an account which seems to be a must to be able to return an item.

Terrible online store experience

Just tried to order from Mango for the first time. Added in stock items to my basket and created an account. Entered my card details to pay and it popped up 'Items not available' and cleared my basket. Surely that was something that should be checked before taking payment. Annoyed that I have given them all my details, especially my card details and wasted my time. They are getting 2 stars for the girl I messaged with on the chat, who was polite & helpful & who gave me the email to contact to close my account. But also, why do you have to email to close an account? Was just about to spend 150 quid and I won't be back now.
I work in IT and have done loads of online purchases - so I know how these things should work. Not good.

Mango O'Connell st Limerick

Visited Mango in Brown Thomas in Limerick and the staff there are always so helpful, courteous and friendly.
It is so unusual now to experience consistently excellent customer service - thank you and well done to everyone there

I haven’t received my items two months…

I haven’t received my items two months ago with my parcels. I contacted the mango team through email and they have said they are working on it. Been a whole two month and I haven’t neither had my items or refund. Even though i sent multiple emails weekly.
