Total waste of money. Nails can't stay for more than 3 hours and they look like stickers. Not recommended at all. I bought this product in Maniko Germany,where there's no chance of placing a real review.

Gel nails are an absolute waste of your time and money. I had one set replaced because some of the first ones fell off after a day; the new set fell off after a few hours. Very awkward when you are out and trying to look your best.

Please don’t waste your money buying these. They’re absolutely terrible you’re lucky if they last a day, I end up taking mine off a few hours having done them because they uplift on the corners and honestly they do not fill me with the confidence that I would want the public seeing them.
The nail lamp is plastic & flimsy and not designed for its purpose, I had to ask for a replacement as it would not work after a couple uses. The strips don’t seem to cure they’re still soft hence why they’re lifting. I can only see this as a danger causing many allergic reactions to the gel.
The strips do not fit the shape of my nail bed, my nails look as if I’ve stuck my 8 yr old daughters stick on nails to mine. AWFUL
Oh another thing they take ages to arrive.

These are by far the best semi cured- gels I have tried. My nails grow quickly, so I usually get about 2 weeks out of them before they need removing. So easy to apply and take off and my nails are left in good condition after. I will never go back to traditional gel manicures again

I am using maniko nails for years and it is the best! I can only say, that I have a very positive experience and I know that the lately it was a little bit battle for the company for sure... But I trust in you maniko.

Clicked on a link for starter pack with discount and only got the nails nothing else spent almost £50 for something I can’t use. Contacted customer service they said I only ordered the nails yet the link I clicked on was for the starter pack with the lamp etc
Don’t waste your money!

I bought a lamp and nails as a starter set. I had a special offer plus used a voucher code online. This brought down the cost considerably. The nails are really easy to apply and last for weeks. I am a massage therapist and had no problems. I had an issue with the lamp; a loose connection which meant it was temperamental. Re issues with customer service, if you use the email on the website, you get no reply- probably why people are complaining.possibly for EU customers? However, if you use the contact given in your sale email/ invoice they are very good. I've just received a new lamp, no questions asked. I will continue to use this company as they do such lovely colours compared to cheaper sites. Order ahead as products come from the EU and take a couple of weeks.

Am amazed with the quality and ease of application of this product.
They are exceptionally easy to apply, stay on as advertised without peeling, chipping or cracking. I have yet to try to remove them so cannot comment on this part of the process, but if it is as easy to remove as it was to apply I will be very happy. I needed a product that would help keep my nails strong without the damage normal acrylic or gel nails do. These really seem to be the answer. I'm very happy and will definitely use them again.

Zero customer service. ordered in Oct and weeks later not arrived nil response. found a contact source and told items out of stock. order amended and 2 lots arrived the biggest order due in Dec was held by royal mail requesting a customs fee. no response from customer service so luckily PayPal rescued me. such a shame as i like the product but the customer service is rated as zero. such a shame as my first orders were great.

Orderd nails on 4th November 2023, still haven’t recieved even after contacting customer services 6 times and now my tracking details have been removed from the shop app…. Absolutely shocking service, would not recommend at all, stay well clear….

Ordered the starter pack as a Christmas present 01/12/2023, have been tracking my parcel ever since, I’ve sent 2 emails asking for an update on my order and had no response to either. Very disappointed won’t be ordering anything from Maniko again very poor customer service

Wasn't sure about ordering given the reviews on very long delivery times but I chanced it.
Very pleased I did. I had the starter pack and chose finger and toe wraps. Both stayed on without damage for 4weeks, 2 of which were spent in and out of the Carribean sun and ocean.
Removal was very easy. I actually think by wearing them my own nails have strengthened.
Just put a new set of nail wraps on and it definitely gets easier with practice.
The reason it's not a 5 star review is the limited choice of colours and the amount of what is there being out of stock.

I don’t often buy things from social media ads, but these kept popping up on Facebook and I thought I’d give them a try.

I bought the starter kit with 4 sets of wraps and a lamp for under £50. As I usually pay £25 for one set of gel nails, I only had to use these three times and I’d be quids in!

I’ve just done my fourth set of nails - I like that Maniko wraps can be cut in half to get two applications from one set; I’ve bought other brands since, which aren’t long enough to be cut in half, so aren’t as good value as Maniko!

I have large nails so find that some of the smaller sizes are too small for my nails, and I need to stretch the largest size a little to fit my thumb nails, but it’s easy to do this.

They go on quickly - the most difficult bit is trying to trim them down without the scissors ‘catching’ on them, and the nail files don’t work in my opinion - they tear the wraps, rather than filing the ends off. I find that bending the ends over my nails and rubbing the ends back and forth on a hard surface gives a nice clean cut - I can then peel away the excess end of the wrap.

I do two sessions under the lamp which hardens the wraps up nicely, and they last for 10-14 days. They are very easy to remove, with no damage to the nail.

Overall my nails look professionally painted, and I’ve had lots of compliments from people telling me how good they look - I’m very impressed! I wish the delivery was faster though - it took 2 weeks for my order to arrive (UK), which seems slow nowadays.

I very rarely buy from social media adverts as they often disappoint or worse, are a scam, but I liked what I saw with this so have it a go.
Turns out these are a great product. Arrived in a reasonable time.
I watched a You Tube video before applying which helped.
Ad claims they can last up to three weeks. Mine went two and half weeks with no issues. I have a very hands on life. The pedi ones are still going strong.
Removal was simple and as the ad said, my nails were so much healthier than salon gel treatments.
Cost effective in comparison to going to a salon on a regular basis too.
Very happy.

I am a big fan of these now I have had some practice. They are a bit tricky to get used to applying. But I find it very much worth it. I work with my hands and find varnish chips really quickly, but these rarely chip at all. So they do actually last the 10 days claimed. And my nails are in better condition, as the wraps protect better than varnish.

I love maniko nails, they are so beautiful and looks good.

Would not even give this a star customer service is terrible. How do you send something back when they will not send you a returns label. I have now sent 4 emails for information on returning the order that I do not want. Very frustrating
