Just ok
I normally get Shellac nails, at the salon but couldn't due to lockdown, so thought I would give Maniko nails a try. It took over 4 weeks to arrive (even with £10 postage) and when I complained to Maniko I wasn't given much of an apology, I would have at the very least expected the delivery refunded.
When I finally received the product I found it just ok. They are quite fiddly to apply and quite expensive for what they are and only last around 5 days. overall I was underwhelmed. Plus the product arrived in a bashed up unbranded jiffy bag. I was expecting something much better. Verdict - I'll be heading back to the salon!

It is a pity that neither our service nor our product could convince you. Due to the Brexit, the delivery times are unfortunately a little longer and we also had to adjust. Unfortunately, we had to switch to an expensive shipping company so that we can ship at all.
We ask you in this case for your understanding.
We know that the first application can sometimes be a bit difficult and may not go as you had hoped. Nevertheless, we are sure that the next application will be much easier for you. Maybe you will give us another chance until the salons are open again.

Unimpressed with Maniko's customer…
Unimpressed with Maniko's customer service and delivery time. I have now been waiting 18 working days for my order (£42 so a lot of money!) and I have recieved no confirmation of when I can expect my order. This is just unacceptable. I am frusrated, as the product is fantastic. However, at this rate I will be forced to stop purchasing from Maniko and ask for a full refund. It is not acceptable to be waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order of over £40!!!
